Abstract
1. Способ обработки растительного масла путем переэтерификации его спиртом, разделение полученных продуктов на фракции, отличающийся тем, что в качестве растительного масла используют рапсовое масло, а в качестве спирта используют этиловый спирт, полученный путем барботирования диоксида углерода биомассы, иммобилизованных гранулированных дрожжей, при соотношении 1:12 до гомогенного состояния, полученную смесь направляют в реактор переэтерификации, в котором осуществляют переэтерификацию при температуре 350-400°С и давлении 35-50 МПа в течение 20 мин, охлаждают смесь и подают в экстрактор, в котором реакционная смесь подвергается термостатированию до температуры 250°С, затем осуществляют экстракцию диоксидом углерода в сверхкритических условиях при расходе диоксида углерода 40 л/ч, при температуре 350°С и давлении 35 МПа, полученную гомогенную смесь подают в первый сепаратор для отделения глицерина от целевого продукта при давлении 0,5 МПа и температуре 20-30°С, целевой продукт подают во второй сепаратор для отделения этилового эфира жирной кислоты от диоксида углерода при давлении 0,2 МПа и температуре 15°С. ! 2.
