Abstract
1. Устройство для распора стоек с повышенным давлением, содержащее вход (40), выход (42), расположенный между входом (40) и выходом (42) поршневой цилиндр (44), имеющий со стороны входа кольцевую полость (46) большей площади, а со стороны выхода кольцевую полость (48) меньшей площади, причем рабочий поршень (50) цилиндра натяжен пружиной (52) в направлении входа (40), расположенный между поршневым цилиндром (44) и выходом (42) обратный клапан, запирающийся в направлении входа (40), и байпасный обратный клапан между обеими кольцевыми полостями (46, 48), запирающийся в направлении входа (40). ! 2. Устройство по п.1, причем байпасный обратный клапан (54) расположен в рабочем поршне (50) поршневого цилиндра (44). ! 3. Устройство по п.1, причем пружина (52) представляет собой газовую пружину сжатия. ! 4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно расположено в корпусе (34), выполненном в виде прифланцовываемого блока. ! 5. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что выход связан с датчиком (60) давления. ! 6. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно состоит исключительно из названных деталей и, в частности, не содержит никаких дополнительных клапанов. ! 7. Устройство по пп.1-6, отличающееся тем, что вход (40) и выход (42) связаны с отпираемым, в частности, обратным клапаном (18) стойки (10) механизированной крепи, запирающимся в направлении входа (20, 40). ! 8. Способ распора стойки с повышенным давлением с использованием устройства по п.7, отличающийся тем, что нагнетательный ход осуществляют повторно с поршневым цилиндром (44) исключительно за счет нагружения обратного клапана (18) стойки (10) с временным интервалом начальным распорным давлением.1.
