Устройство для очистки воды от железа, включающее цилиндрическую камеру для организации закрученного потока, ловушку для сбора нерастворимых примесей, раздельные выводы для очищенной воды и нерастворимых примесей, отличающееся тем, что во входной части камеры установлен патрубок для ввода очищаемой воды, проходящей через завихритель в камеру, ловушка выполнена двухсекционной, причем первая секция выполнена в виде кольцевой цилиндрической емкости, охватывающей цилиндрическую камеру и сообщающуюся с ней с помощью, по меньшей мере одного ряда осесимметричных отверстий, расположенных по периметру цилиндрической камеры в плоскости, перпендикулярной оси вращения потока, вторая секция выполнена в виде цилиндра, верхний торец которого служит дном цилиндрической камеры, на котором выполнены осесимметричные отверстия по диаметру, коаксиальному оси вращения потока, выводы для нерастворимых примесей расположены в нижней части обеих секций ловушки, а площадь осесимметричных отверстий во второй секции ловушки не превышает 20% площади поперечного сечения вывода для очищенной воды, при этом диаметр, на котором расположены осесимметричные отверстия второй секции ловушки, больше диаметра противоположного глухого торца цилиндрической камеры.1.
