Claims (28)
1. Способ нанесения покрытия на керамическую подложку, включающий:
нанесение на, по крайней мере, часть подложки, по меньшей мере, одной окрашенной композиции, содержащей, по меньшей мере, одно способное к отверждению органическое связующее и, по меньшей мере, одно окрашивающее вещество;
нанесение на, по крайней мере, часть подложки по существу прозрачной композиции для покрытия, содержащей способное к отверждение органическое связующее; и практически одновременное отверждение связующих в окрашенной композиции для покрытия и в по существу прозрачной композиции для покрытия; причем первой может быть нанесена либо окрашенная композиция для покрытия, либо по существу прозрачная композиция для покрытия, а нанесенная первая композиция для покрытия дополнительно содержит множество частиц.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором первой наносят окрашенную композицию(ии) для покрытия.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором первой наносят по существу прозрачную композицию для покрытия.
4. Способ по п.2, в котором по существу прозрачную композицию для покрытия наносят поверх в существенной степени всей окрашенной композиции(ий) для покрытия.
5. Способ по п.2, в котором по существу прозрачную композицию для покрытия наносят только по краям окрашенной композиции(ий) для покрытия.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором нанесенная первой композиция для покрытия содержит дополнительно множество частиц, которые являются твердыми при или ниже первой температуры и размягчаются при второй температуре, которая равна или ниже температуры, при которой происходит отверждение связующего(их).
7. Способ по п.1, в котором нанесенная первой композиция для покрытия дополнительно содержит множество частиц, которые не размягчаются при или ниже температуры, при которой происходит отверждение связующего(их).
8. Способ по п.1, в котором каждая окрашенная композиция(ии) для покрытия и по существу прозрачная композиция для покрытия дополнительно содержат множество частиц, причем связующие в каждой из композиций для покрытия являются одинаковыми или различными и множества частиц в каждой из композиций для покрытия являются одинаковыми или различными.
9. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий обработку подложки композицией с целью улучшения отделения отвержденных композиций от подложки перед нанесением композиции для покрытия.
10. Способ по п.3, дополнительно включающий нанесение на, по крайней мере, часть подложки второй по существу прозрачной композиции для покрытия поверх, по крайней мере, части одной или более окрашенных композиций для покрытия.
11. Способ по п.8, в котором частицы являются твердыми при или ниже первой температуры и размягчаются при второй температуре, которая равна или ниже температуры, при которой происходит отверждение связующих.
12. Способ по п.6, в котором разница между первой температурой и второй температурой составляет, по крайней мере, 30°С.
13. Способ по п.9, в котором разница между первой температурой и второй температурой составляет, по крайней мере, 30°С.
14. Способ по п.3, в котором, по крайней мере, некоторые частицы включают органический материал.
15. Способ по п.12, в котором органическим материалом является полиамид.
16. Способ по п.1, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно из способных к отверждению органических связующих включает химически активную смолу с полиэпокси-функциональными группами.
17. Способ по п.14, в котором способное к отверждению связующее(ие) дополнительно содержит отверждающий агент с аминными функциональными группами.
18. Способ по п.15, в котором способное к отверждению связующее(ие) дополнительно содержит защищенный полиизоцианат.
19. Способ по п.1, в котором указанные стадии нанесения включают нанесение композиций на подложку методом трафаретной печати горячим расплавом.
20. Способ по п.1, в котором окрашивающее вещество включает органический пигмент.
21. Способ по п.1, в котором окрашивающее вещество включает неорганический пигмент.
22. Способ по п.1, в котором окрашивающее вещество включает пигмент со специальным эффектом.
23. Способ по п.1, в котором керамической подложкой является стекло.
24. Способ по п.6, в котором керамической подложкой является стекло.
25. Керамическая подложка с покрытием по способу п.1.
26. Керамическая подложка с покрытием по способу п.2.
27. Керамическая подложка с покрытием по способу п.3.
28. Керамическая подложка с покрытием по способу п.6.
