Claims (10)
1. Способ полимеризации, по меньшей мере, одного олефинового мономера, выбранного из группы, включающей этилен, пропилен, бутен-1, в циркуляционном реакторе в присутствии катализатора полимеризации при температуре от 20 до 150°С, но ниже точки плавления получаемого полимера, и давлении от 5 до 100 бар, где получаемый полимер присутствует в суспензии в жидкой или суперкритической суспензионной среде, и эта суспензия циркулирует посредством аксиального насоса, где циркуляционный реактор включает циклическую трубку реактора, диаметр которой варьируется, по меньшей мере, на 10% относительно преобладающего диаметра трубки реактора и в которой имеется, по меньшей мере, одно расширение и сужение в другой области, нежели область аксиального насоса.
2. Способ полимеризации по п.1, где полимеризацию проводят при средней концентрации твердых частиц в реакторе более 53% относительно полной массы содержания реактора в случае непрерывной выгрузки продукта, и при средней концентрации твердых частиц в реакторе более 45% относительно полной массы содержания реактора в случае периодической выгрузки продукта.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, где имеется дополнительное расширение и сужение трубки реактора в области аксиального насоса.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, где этилен используют в качестве мономера и, по меньшей мере, один α-олефин, имеющий от 3 до 8 атомов углерода, используют в качестве сомономера.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, где, по меньшей мере, один олефиновый мономер подают в, по меньшей мере, 2 точки вдоль трубки реактора.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, где получаемый полимер выгружают из реактора непрерывно.
7. Способ по п.1 или 2, где полимеризацию проводят при концентрации этилена, по меньшей мере, 10 моль.% относительно суспензионной среды.
8. Способ полимеризации по п.1 или 2, где полимеризации в этом циркуляционном реакторе предшествуют или следует за ней, по меньшей мере, одна стадия полимеризации в циркуляционном или газофазном реакторе.
9. Циркуляционный реактор для полимеризации олефиновых мономеров, который включает циклическую трубку реактора и аксиальный насос для перемещения полимеризуемой смеси, где диаметр циклической трубки реактора варьируется на, по меньшей мере, 10% относительно преобладающего диаметра трубки реактора, и имеется, по меньшей мере, одно расширение и сужение в другой области, нежели область аксиального насоса.
10. Циркуляционный реактор по п.9, где устройства для подачи мономеров в трубку реактора располагают в, по меньшей мере, 2 точках.
