Abstract
1. Способ получения гранулированного перкарбоната натрия, включающий грануляцию частиц перкарбоната и их сушку с последующим разделением высушенных гранул по фракциям и их отводом, отличающийся тем, что полученные гранулы одновременно с их сушкой обрабатывают раствором солевой смеси для нанесения на них защитного покрытия.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что обработку гранул осуществляют 10-35%-ным водным раствором солевой смеси с температурой 20-45°С.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что обработку гранул осуществляют указанным раствором при соотношении 1-20% массы сухой солевой смеси от массы гранул перкарбоната натрия.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используют солевую смесь, содержащую, мас.%:5. Установка для получения гранулированного перкарбоната натрия, содержащая линию подачи кальцинированной соды, линию подачи раствора перекиси водорода, смеситель, реактор для грануляции и сушки перкарбоната натрия и классификатор, соединенный с линиями отвода фракций, отличающаяся тем, что она снабжена узлом для приготовления раствора солевой смеси и блоком нанесения покрытия в режиме псевдосжиженного слоя, соединенным с реактором для грануляции и сушки перкарбоната натрия и узлом для приготовления раствора соляной смеси.6.
