Abstract
1. Композиция для производства молочных продуктов с лечебно-профилактическими свойствами, содержащая молочную основу и биологически активную добавку растительного происхождения, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве биологически активной добавки в ней использована тритерпенсодержащая добавка с содержанием тритерпенов, обеспечивающим соотношение молочной основы и тритерпенов, мас.%: молочная основа - 90,0-99,99, тритерпены - 0,01-10,0.2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве тритерпенсодержащей добавки использован бетулин, и/или экстракт бересты, и/или порошок березовой чаги.3. Композиция по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающаяся тем, что ее используют для приготовления питьевого молока, сливок, животного масла, сыра, кисломолочных продуктов, молочных консервов, молочных смесей, сухого молока и сухих молочных смесей, мороженого.4. Способ получения молочных продуктов с лечебно-профилактическими свойствами, включающий введение в молочную основу продукта биологически активной добавки растительного происхождения, отличающийся тем, что в качестве биологически активной добавки в ней используют тритерпенсодержащую добавку с содержанием тритерпенов, обеспечивающим соотношение молочной основы и тритерпенов, мас.%: молочная основа - 90,0-99,99, тритерпены - 0,01-10,0.5.Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что в качестве тритерпенсодержащей добавки используют бетулин, и/или экстракт бересты, и/или порошок чаги.6. Способ по любому из пп.4 и 5, отличающийся тем, что используют тритерпенсодержащую добавку с размерами частиц не более 0,08 мм.7.
