Claims (30)

1. Способ управления информацией для защиты от копирования носителя записи, содержащий
шифрование потока данных на основе информации для защиты от копирования, записанной в первой конкретной области носителя записи, и запись зашифрованного потока данных в области данных носителя записи; и
запись информации по управлению правами на цифровые данные потока данных в первой конкретной области.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором носителем записи является оптический диск однократной записи или оптический диск многократной записи.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные используется для управления копированием или проигрыванием потока данных.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные включает значение допустимого времени воспроизведения потока данных, количество копирований и информацию о том, разрешено или нет его копирование.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором потоком данных является файл данных, полученный через сеть.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные считывается из информации заголовка файла данных.
7. Способ по п.5, в котором информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные записывается с ее разделением в соответствии с файлами данных.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором скрытый код, предназначенный для расшифрования информации для защиты от копирования, и информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные записываются во вторую конкретную область носителя записи.

10. Способ управления информацией для защиты от копирования носителя записи, содержащий следующие шаги
a) подтверждение информации по управлению правами на цифровые данные, записанной в первой конкретной области носителя записи; и
b) расшифрование информации для защиты от копирования, записанной в первой конкретной области в соответствии с подтвержденной информацией по управлению правами на цифровые данные; и
c) расшифрование потока данных, зашифрованного и записанного в области данных носителя записи с использованием расшифрованной информации для защиты от копирования.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные используется для управления копированием или воспроизведением потока данных.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные управляется при ее разделение в зависимости от файлов данных, соответствующих потоку данных.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором информация для защиты от копирования расшифровывается только в том случае, когда информация файла данных должна воспроизводиться или копироваться, причем указанная информация, включенная в подтвержденную информацию по управлению правами на цифровые данные, удовлетворяет условию воспроизведения или копирования файла данных.
14. Способ по п.12, дополнительно содержит шаг по обновлению информации, относящейся к выполнению воспроизведения или копирования, если выполняется воспроизведение или копирование файла данных, и включенной в информацию по управлению правами на цифровые данные файла данных, а также по записи обновленной информации в первой конкретной области с ее перезаписью на обновленную информацию.

Способ по п.10, в котором информация для защиты от копирования и информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные расшифровываются с использованием скрытого кода, записанного во второй конкретной области носителя записи, причем указанный скрытый код записывается в форме извилины, имеющей низкочастотную компоненту, так, что его невозможно скопировать с использованием бита при побитовом копировании.
16. Носитель записи, содержащий
область данных, в которой записывается поток данных, зашифрованный с использованием информации для защиты от копирования; и

20. Носитель по п.16, дополнительно содержит вторую конкретную область, в которой записывается скрытый код, предназначенный для расшифрования информации для защиты от копирования и информации по управлению правами на цифровые данные.
21. Носитель по п.20, в котором информация для защиты от копирования и информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные записываются на носитель записи при его изготовлении.
22. Носитель по п.20, в котором скрытый код записывается в форме извилины, имеющей низкочастотную компоненту, так, что он не может быть скопирован с использованием бита при побитовом копировании.
23. Устройство для записи и воспроизведения данных носителя записи, содержащее
блок оптической головки для записи данных на носителе записи или считывания данных с носителя записи;
блок вычисления информации для защиты от копирования, предназначенный для расшифрования информации для защиты от копирования, зашифрованной и записанной в первой конкретной области носителя записи;
блок обработки данных, предназначенный для расшифрования данных, считываемых с носителя записи, или для шифрования данных, подлежащих записи на носитель записи, с использованием информации для защиты от копирования; и
модуль информации по управлению правами на цифровые данные, предназначенный для анализа и обновления информации по управлению правами на цифровые данные данных, а также для управления расшифрованием информации для защиты от копирования на основе информации по управлению правами на цифровые данные,
в котором поток данных, зашифрованный с использованием информации для защиты от копирования, записывается в области данных носителя записи, а информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные потока данных записывается в первой конкретной области.
24. Устройство по п.23, в котором информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные используется для управления копированием или воспроизведением потока данных.
25. Устройство по п.24, в котором информация по управлению правами на цифровые данные записывается при ее разделении в зависимости от файлов данных, соответствующих потоку данных.
26. Устройство по п.23, в котором при шифровании и записи в область данных потока данных, содержащего информацию по управлению правами на цифровые данные, модуль информации по управлению правами на цифровые данные отделяет информацию по управлению правами на цифровые данные от потока данных и обновляет информацию по управлению правами на цифровые данные, а блок оптической головки дополнительно записывает обновленную информацию по управлению правами на цифровые данные в первой конкретной области носителя записи.
27. Устройство по п.26, в котором поток данных, содержащий информацию по управлению правами на цифровые данные, представляет собой файл данных, принимаемый через сеть, а информации по управлению правами на цифровые данные считывается из информации заголовка файла данных.
28. Устройство по п.23, в котором при воспроизведении или копировании файла данных, соответствующего потоку данных, записанному на носителе записи, блок оптической головки считывает информацию по управлению правами на цифровые данные файла данных из первой конкретной области; модуль информации по управлению правами на цифровые данные анализирует считанную информацию по управлению правами на цифровые данные с целью подтверждения того, что удовлетворяются условия воспроизведения или копирования файла данных; блок вычисления информации для защиты от копирования расшифровывает информацию для защиты от копирования только в случае, когда условие воспроизведения или копирования файла данных выполняется; и блок обработки данных расшифровывает поток данных, считанный из области данных носителя записи, с помощью расшифрованной информации для защиты от копирования.
29. Устройство по п.28, в котором при выполнении воспроизведения или копирования файла данных модуль информации по управлению правами на цифровые данные обновляет информацию, относящуюся к выполняемому воспроизведению или копированию, включенную в информацию по управлению правами на цифровые данные файла данных, а блок оптической головки записывает обновленную информацию в первой конкретной области с ее перезаписью на обновленную информацию.
30. Устройство по п.23, в котором блок вычисления информации для защиты от копирования расшифровывает информацию для защиты от копирования и информацию по управлению правами на цифровые данные, используя скрытый код, записанный во второй конкретной области носителя записи, причем указанный скрытый код записывается в форме извилины, имеющей низкочастотную компоненту, так, что его невозможно скопировать с использованием бита для побитового копирования.
