Способ определения оптических характеристик тканей головного мозга, основанный на лазерном зондировании гистоструктуры головы и регистрации рассеянного тканями пикосекундного лазерного излучения, отличающийся тем, что в ходе одного измерения независимо регистрируют излучение обратнорассеянное покровной тканью и костью черепа и излучение обратнорассеянное тканями головного мозга, из результатов измерений излучения обратнорассеянного тканями головного мозга вычитают потери на поглощение и рассеяние при прохождении обратнорассеянного излучения в покровной ткани и кости черепа и определяют оптические характеристики тканей головного мозга.1.
