Claims (7)
1. Способ получения смешанного цемента, в котором цемент содержит портландцемент, тщательно смешанный с микронаполнителем и, возможно, с агентом для понижения содержания воды, с сухой цементной смесью и мелкодисперсными вспомогательными вяжущими материалами, выбранными из материалов шлака доменной печи, зольной пыли, кварца, двуокиси кремния, аморфной двуокиси кремния, известняка и рециклированного бетона, отличающийся тем, что указанные вспомогательные материалы на первой стадии подвергают измельчению в сухом состоянии с получением удельной поверхности, по меньшей мере, 1000 см2/г (по Блейну), на второй стадии вспомогательные измельченные материалы подвергают измельчению вместе, по меньшей мере, с 20 мас.% от измельчаемой массы в целом высоко реакционноспособной цементной смеси в сухом состоянии, с получением удельной поверхности по меньшей мере 3000 см2/г (по Блейну), причем указанная высоко реакционноспособная цементная смесь содержит цемент и по меньшей мере один из компонентов микронаполнителя, содержащего SiO2, и полимера в форме порошкообразного агента для понижения содержания воды, эту смесь предварительно обрабатывают в измельчающем устройстве с вибрационными измельчающими средами, в котором частицы цемента подвергают воздействию большого количества ударных импульсов, придающих частицам цемента увеличение поверхностной энергии и химической реакционной способности.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что смешанный цемент содержит от 20 мас.% до 30 мас.% указанной высоко реакционноспособной цементной смеси.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что указанный вспомогательный вяжущий материал, по существу, состоит из зольной пыли Класса F.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что указанный вспомогательный вяжущий материал, по существу, состоит из зольной пыли Класса C.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что указанный вспомогательный вяжущий материал, по существу, состоит из гранулированного шлака доменной печи.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что указанный вспомогательный вяжущий материал, по существу, состоит из кварцевого наполнителя с содержанием двуокиси кремния по меньшей мере 80 мас.%.
7. Способ получения бетонной смеси, отличающийся тем, что он включает в себя, во-первых, стадии по пп.1-6, для получения указанного смешанного цемента, а, во-вторых, стадию смешивания указанного смешанного цемента с песком и/или агрегатами больших размеров и водой, и, возможно, с агентом для понижения содержания воды и добавкой для захвата воздуха.
