Claims (13)
1. Ценная бумага (1, 17), как например банкнота или защищенный документ, содержащая основу, имеющую участок с уменьшенной толщиной (2, 7, 18), образующий прозрачное окошко в основе, отличающаяся тем, что ценная бумага, кроме того, содержит упрочняющее средство (3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 14, 19, 20, 22) для увеличения прочности указанного участка.
2. Ценная бумага на п.1, отличающаяся тем, что основа выполнена в виде бумажной основы.
3. Ценная бумага по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что упрочняющее средство содержит, по меньшей мере, одну полоску материала (3, 8, 10, 14, 19), покрывающую, по меньшей мере, указанный участок с уменьшенной толщиной на, по меньшей мере, одной стороне основы.
4. Ценная бумага по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что полоска материала выполнена из прозрачного полимерного материала.
5. Ценная бумага по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что упрочняющее средство содержит накладку (4, 11, 20, 22) из материала, покрывающую, по меньшей мере, указанный участок с уменьшенной толщиной и образованную в виде частично деметаллизированной накладки ОИЭ, помещенной на, по меньшей мере, одной стороне ценной бумаги.
6. Ценная бумага по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упрочняющее средство, кроме того, содержит дополнительный защитный элемент (9, 15, 23).
7. Ценная бумага по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упрочняющее средство (9, 15, 23) помещено с обеих сторон ценной бумаги.
8. Ценная бумага по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что упрочняющее средство содержит полоску (14) с одной стороны основы и накладку (11) с другой стороны основы.
9. Лист основы (16), отличающийся тем, что содержит множество ценных бумаг по п.1.
10. Способ изготовления ценных бумаг, как например, банкнот или защищенных документов, содержащих основу, имеющую участок с уменьшенной толщиной, образующий прозрачное окошко в основе, отличающийся тем, что он содержит стадию, на которой, по меньшей мере, указанный участок покрывают упрочняющим средством, по меньшей мере, с одной стороны основы.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что он содержит стадию, на которой указанный участок покрывают упрочняющим средством с обеих сторон основы.
12. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что упрочняющее средство содержит, по меньшей мере, полоску или накладку материала.
13. Способ по любому из пп.10-12, отличающийся тем, что он, кроме того, содержит стадию, на которой используют упрочняющее средство с дополнительным защитным элементом.
