Способ лечения пролиферативной витреоретинопатии, включающий проведение субтотальной витрэктомии, введение лекарственного средства, тампонаду витреальной полости перфторорганическим соединением, проведение эндолазеркоагуляции сетчатки с последующей заменой перфторорганического соединения на силиконовое масло, которое удаляют в срок 1-6 мес, отличающийся тем, что после эндолазеркоагуляции сетчатки в витреальную полость вводят 0,3-0,5 мл лекарственного средства и по мере удаления перфторорганического соединения, лекарство оставляют на поверхности сетчатки.A method for the treatment of proliferative vitreoretinopathy, including subtotal vitrectomy, drug administration, tamponade of the vitreous cavity with a perfluororganic compound, endolasercoagulation of the retina, followed by replacement of the perfluoroorganic compound with silicone oil, which is removed after 1-6 months, characterized in that after endolasercoagulation of the retina the cavity is injected with 0.3-0.5 ml of the drug and as the perfluororganic compound is removed, the drug is left and the retinal surface.
