Claims (10)

1. Устройство оптической записи и/или воспроизведения, посредством которого осуществляют запись и/или воспроизведение данных с оптического диска, который включает в себя слои для записи, имеющие область начальной дорожки, область данных пользователя и область конечной дорожки, в котором каждая из областей начальной дорожки, данных пользователя и конечной дорожки включает в себя созданные в них канавки записи и поля между канавками записи, содержащее лазерный диод, который излучает свет; коллимирующую линзу, которая коллимирует свет, излученный лазерным диодом; поляризационный светоделитель, который изменяет траекторию прохождения света в соответствии с направлением поляризации света; линзу объектива, которая фокусирует падающий свет на оптический диск; и фотоприемник, который регистрирует свет, равномерно излученный и отраженный от областей начальной дорожки, данных пользователя и конечной дорожки, имеющих созданные в них канавки записи и поля между канавками записи, и детектируемый как сигнал от извилин, который является модулированным различными способами модуляции.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором область данных пользователя на оптическом диске дополнительно содержит в себе информацию, которая записана, по меньшей мере, на одной стороне канавок записи и полей между канавками записи.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором область начальной дорожки оптического диска дополнительно включает в себя область данных, доступных только для считывания, и область данных для записи/ считывания.
4. Устройство по п.1, в котором модуляцию извилин осуществляют посредством способа квадратурной фазовой манипуляции (КФМн).
5. Устройство по п.1, в котором модуляцию извилин осуществляют посредством способа видоизмененной амплитудной модуляции (ВАМ), в котором выполняют объединение участка с реализованными посредством извилин колебаниями одиночной частоты, имеющего определенную длительность, и участка без извилин, имеющего определенную длительность.
6. Устройство по п.1, в котором модуляцию извилин осуществляют посредством способа частотной модуляции.
7. Устройство по п.1, в котором модуляцию извилин осуществляют посредством способа амплитудной модуляции.
8. Устройство по п.1, в котором модуляцию извилин осуществляют посредством способа фазовой модуляции.
9. Устройство по п.1, в котором модуляцию извилин осуществляют посредством способа манипуляции с минимальным сдвигом (МнМС), в котором выполняют только изменение частот в пределах отрезка, содержащего в себе последовательные извилины.
10. Устройство по п.1, в котором модуляцию извилин осуществляют посредством способа модуляции с использованием пилообразных извилин (ПОИ).
