Способ лечения опущения влагалища, сопровождающегося ректоцеле, включающий иссечение треугольного лоскута из задней стенки влагалища, наложение узловых гофрирующих швов на переднюю стенку прямой кишки и сведение леваторов путем наложения на них швов, отличающийся тем, что после иссечения влагалищного лоскута за леваторы с каждой стороны при помощи проводника проводят титановые фиксаторы, каждый из которых соединен с лигатурой, и фиксируют их в аноректальной клетчатке за леваторы, после чего свободными концами лигатур навстречу друг другу накладывают гофрирующие швы на переднюю стенку прямой кишки, концы нитей связывают между собой.1. Способ лечения опущения влагалища, сопровождающийся ректоцеле, включающий иссечение треугольного лоскута из задней стенки влагалища, наложение узловых гофрирующих швов на переднюю стенку прямой кишки и сведение леваторов путем наложения на них швов, отличающийся тем, что после иссечения влагалищного лоскута накладывают при помощи нерассасывающейся нити узловые гофрирующие швы на прямую кишку, дистальные концы лигатур проводят при помощи металлического проводника через пельвиоректальную клетчатку за леваторами с обеих сторон за прямую кишку и выводят через точечные симметричные разрезы на кожу в области копчиково-прямокишечной связки с каждой стороны, затем при помощи проводника свободный конец лигатуры с одной стороны проводят подкожно к области выхода другой лигатуры, связывают обе лигатуры между собой.2.
