Claims (1)

Способ хирургического лечения хронического геморроя, включающий рассечение слизистой, выделение узла и его сосудистой ножки, перевязку сосудистой ножки, отсечение узла, погружение культи и ушивание слизистой, отличающийся тем, что при тракции узла выполняют два полуовальных соединяющихся между собой разреза слизистой по направлению изнутри кнаружи, отступая выше основания узла на 0,5-0,7 см, тупым и острым путем освобождают основание узла от слизистой, выделяют в подслизистом пространстве сосудистую ножку, прошивают и перевязывают ее, отсекают узел от ножки и той же нитью ушивают рану, для чего погружают отсеченную культю сосудистой ножки в подслизистое пространство и накладывают подслизистые швы с шагом не более 5-7 мм, отступая от края слизистой на 1-1,5 мм с захватом дна раны начиная с ее проксимального угла и завершают ушивание "погружным" узлом, который завязывают в углу раны и далее при наличии наружных геморроидальных узлов продолжают рассечение кожной части заднепроходного канала и перианальной кожи окаймляющими сходящимися разрезами, иссекают узлы и ушивают рану аналогично, накладывая непрерывные внутрикожные швы с захватом дна раны.A method for the surgical treatment of chronic hemorrhoids, including dissection of the mucous membrane, isolation of the node and its vascular pedicle, ligation of the vascular pedicle, cutting off of the node, immersion of the stump and suturing of the mucosa, characterized in that when traction of the node, two semi-oval interconnected sections of the mucous membrane are made outward from one another, retreating 0.5-0.7 cm above the base of the knot, bluntly and sharply liberate the base of the knot from the mucosa, isolate the vascular pedicle in the submucosal space, stitch and bandage it, from a node is knocked from the leg and the wound is sutured with the same thread, for which the cut stump of the vascular pedicle is immersed in the submucosal space and the submucosal sutures are applied in increments of no more than 5-7 mm, retreating from the edge of the mucosa by 1-1.5 mm with the capture of the wound bottom starting from its proximal angle they complete the suturing with a “submersible” knot, which is tied in the corner of the wound and then, if there are external hemorrhoidal nodes, they continue to dissect the skin of the anal canal and perianal skin with bordering converging incisions, excise the nodes and suture the wound logically, applying continuous intradermal sutures with the capture of the bottom of the wound.
