Claims (15)
1. Поверхностно-обработанный стальной материал, содержащий стальной материал и химическую конверсионную пленку, образованную по меньшей мере на части поверхности стального материала, при этом химическая конверсионная пленка содержит калий в количестве 0,1-1000 мг/м2 и имеет толщину 5-50 мкм.
2. Поверхностно-обработанный стальной материал по п. 1, в котором химическая конверсионная пленка представляет собой химическую конверсионную пленку фосфатного типа.
3. Поверхностно-обработанный стальной материал по п. 2, в котором химическая конверсионная пленка представляет собой химическую конверсионную пленку цинк-фосфатного типа или марганец-фосфатного типа.
4. Поверхностно-обработанный стальной материал по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором стальной материал имеет состав стали, содержащий 0,5-13 мас.% Cr.
5. Поверхностно-обработанный стальной материал по п. 4, в котором стальной материал представляет собой бесшовную стальную трубу, и химическая конверсионная пленка образована на части трубы с резьбовым соединением.
6. Поверхностно-обработанный стальной материал по п. 5, в котором стальная труба содержит трубу для нефтяной скважины, имеющую резьбовую часть.
7. Поверхностно-обработанный стальной материал по п. 5, в котором стальная труба содержит резьбовую соединительную муфту для трубы нефтяной скважины.
8. Способ получения поверхностно-обработанного стального материала, содержащий проведение химической конверсионной обработки на поверхности стального материала с использованием жидкости для химической конверсионной обработки, содержащей цинк и фосфорную кислоту или марганец и фосфорную кислоту и дополнительно содержащей калий.
9. Способ получения поверхностно-обработанного стального материала по п. 8, в котором жидкость для химической конверсионной обработки имеет молярную концентрацию калийсодержащих ионов, составляющую по меньшей мере 6·10-4% и по большей мере 7·10-1%.
10. Способ получения поверхностно-обработанного стального материала по п. 8, в котором химическую конверсионную обработку проводят путем погружения поверхности стального материала в жидкость для химической конверсионной обработки при температуре 60-100°С в течение по меньшей мере 5 мин.
11. Способ получения поверхностно-обработанного стального материала по п. 8, в котором химическую конверсионную обработку проводят путем подачи жидкости для химической конверсионной обработки к поверхности стального материала при температуре 60-100°С в течение по меньшей мере 5 мин.
12. Способ получения поверхностно-обработанного стального материала по любому из пп. 8-11, в котором химическую конверсионную обработку проводят в отсутствие ионов фтора.
13. Жидкость для химической конверсионной обработки стального материала, содержащая цинк и фосфорную кислоту или марганец и фосфорную кислоту и дополнительно содержащая калий.
14. Жидкость для химической конверсионной обработки стального материала по п. 13, которая имеет молярную концентрацию калийсодержащих ионов, составляющую по меньшей мере 6·10-4% и по большей мере 7·10-1%.
15. Жидкость для химической конверсионной обработки стального материала по п. 13 или п. 14, которая содержит марганец и фосфорную кислоту и дополнительно содержит калий, и общее кислотное число которой составляет по меньшей мере 30, но менее чем 55, а отношение общего кислотного числа к свободному кислотному числу составляет от 3 до 15.
