Claims (1)

Способ лечения ингаляционных поражений посредством проведения традиционных лечебных мероприятий, включая бронхоальвеолярный лаваж, и при достижении нормальных показателей дыхательной функции без аппаратаной поддержки экстубацию больного, отличающийся тем, что при значении индекса оксигенации ниже 300 мм рт.ст. лаваж осуществляют посредством 5-10 мг сурфактанта-BL, растворенного в 5-10 мл мл физиологического раствора, после чего в каждый главный бронх болюсно вводят по 65-70 мг сурфактанта-BL в 4-5 мл физиологического раствора, повторяя эти процедуры каждые 12 ч в течение 2-3 суток.A method for the treatment of inhalation lesions by means of traditional therapeutic measures, including bronchoalveolar lavage, and when normal respiratory function is achieved without apparatus support, the patient is extubated, characterized in that when the oxygenation index value is below 300 mm Hg lavage is carried out by means of 5-10 mg of surfactant-BL dissolved in 5-10 ml of physiological saline, after which 65-70 mg of surfactant-BL in 4-5 ml of physiological saline is bolus injected into each main bronchus, repeating these procedures every 12 h for 2-3 days.
