Способ устранения близорукости высокой степени при наличии тонкой роговицы, включающий двухэтапное вмешательство ЛАСИК, при этом на первом этапе производят мультизональную абляцию с уменьшением степени близорукости до близорукости слабой степени, а через 3-5 недель на втором этапе сначала выявляют оптические аберрации высшего и низшего порядка, а затем повторно осуществляют ЛАСИК с учетом выявленных аберраций до получения эмметропической рефракции.1.
