Claims (9)
1. Окно из синтетического материала с нанесенной снаружи алюминиевой оболочкой, отличающееся тем, что алюминиевая оболочка (3, 4), выполненная без выступающих с задней стороны элементов жесткости и крепежных перемычек, заполнена формоустойчивым облицовочным пенопластом (5, 6), в который заложены состоящие предпочтительно из синтетического материала крепежные шины (7, 8) под крепежные элементы (17, 19) на оконной раме из синтетического материала, на которых формуются накладные косяки (9, 10, 9’, 10’), по меньшей мере, частично перекрывающие внутреннюю поверхность облицовочного пенопласта (5, 6).
2. Окно из синтетического материала по п.1, отличающееся тем, что накладной косяк (9, 10, 9’, 10’), полностью перекрывая свободную внутреннюю поверхность облицовочного пенопласта (5, 6) жестко соединен с алюминиевой оболочкой (3, 4), а промежуточное пространство наполнено пеной.
3. Окно из синтетического материала по п.2, отличающееся тем, что алюминиевая оболочка (3, 4) и охватывающая накладные косяки (9, 10, 9’, 10’) облицовочная изоляционная оболочка (11, 12) представляют собой, по существу, Г-образные профили, образующие вместе прямоугольный пустотелый профиль.
4. Окно из синтетического материала, по одному из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что на алюминиевой оболочке (3, 4) и/или на крепежных шинах (7, 8) с накладными косяками (9, 10, 9’, 10’) отформованы, по существу, Т-образные крепежные перемычки (22, 23).
5. Окно из синтетического материала по п.4, отличающееся тем, что в области фиксирующего соединения алюминиевой оболочки (3, 4) с облицовочной изоляционной оболочкой (11, 12) предусмотрены С-образные уплотнительные выемки (13, 14).
6. Окно из синтетического материала по одному из пп.1-5, отличающееся тем, что крепежные элементы, в частности, на составной раме (1), представляют собой привинчиваемые на раму из синтетического материала Т-образные зажимы (17).
7. Окно из синтетического материала по одному из пп.1-6, отличающееся тем, что крепежные элементы - в частности для облицовки створных оконных рам (2) - являются формуемыми на оконной раме Т-образными крепежными перемычками (19).
8. Окно из синтетического материала по п.7, отличающееся тем, что крепежные перемычки (19) включают две отстоящие друг от друга Г-образные перемычки (18).
9. Окно из синтетического материала, по одному из пп.1-8, отличающееся тем, что выступающая вверх над профилем оконной рамы (2) заполненная пенопластом алюминиевая оболочка (4) образует упорную перемычку для остекления (20).
