Claims (10)
1. Способ ингибирования закупоривания трубопровода, содержащего текучую смесь, которая включает в себя, по меньшей мере, некоторое количество углеводородов, способных образовать гидраты в присутствии воды, и некоторое количество воды, включающий добавление к смеси некоторого количества дендритного соединения, которое эффективно ингибирует образование и/или накопление гидратов в смеси при температуре и давлении в трубопроводе; и протекание через трубопровод смеси, содержащей дендритное соединение и любые гидраты.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором в качестве ингибитора образования гидратов используют функционализированное дендритное соединение.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором в качестве ингибитора образования гидратов используют сверхразветвленный полиэфирамид.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором используют сверхразветвленный полиэфирамид, полученный в процессе конденсации (самоконденсации) между циклическим ангидридом и ди- или триалканоламином.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором используют сверхразветвленный полиэфирамид, имеющий среднечисленную молекулярную массу между 500 и 50000.
6. Способ по п.4 или 5, в котором циклический ангидрид выбирают из группы, состоящей из ангидрида янтарной кислоты, ангидрида глутаровой кислоты, ангидрида тетрагидрофталевой кислоты, ангидрида гексагидрофталевой кислоты, ангидрида фталевой кислоты, ангидрида норборнен-2,3-дикарбоновой кислоты, ангидрида нафталиндикарбоновой кислоты, которые необязательно замещены одним или несколькими алкильными или алкенильными заместителями.
7. Способ по любому из пп.4-6, в котором алканоламин представляет собой диизопропаноламин.
8. Способ по любому из пп.4-7, в котором полиэфирамид функционализирован концевыми группами морфолина, третичного амина, или незамещенного или алкилзамещенного пиперазина.
9. Способ по одному или нескольким предшествующим пунктам, в котором в смесь добавляют между 0,05 и 10 вес.% дендритного соединения, в расчете на количество воды в смеси, содержащей углеводород.
10. Способ по одному или нескольким предшествующим пунктам, в котором в смесь углеводородов и воды добавляют не дендритный ингибитор коррозии или образования гидрата и/или другие нефтепромысловые реагенты, такие как ингибиторы коррозии и образования ржавчины.
