Claims (21)
1. Способ получения постоянно смачиваемого сверхпоглощающего материала, предусматривающий обработку сверхпоглощающего материала раствором поверхностно-активного вещества, в котором поверхностно-активное вещество имеет, по меньшей мере, первую функциональную группу, способную вступать в химическую реакцию с другой функциональной группой сверхпоглощающего материала, и, по меньшей мере, одну нереакционноспособную и гидрофильную функциональную группу, и в котором поверхностно-активное вещество наносят на сверхпоглощающий материал, когда другие функциональные группы на поверхности сверхпоглощающего материала активированы.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором раствор поверхностно-активного вещества содержит растворитель, который является растворителем для поверхностно-активного вещества, но не является растворителем для сверхпоглощающего материала, и в котором раствор поверхностно-активного вещества содержит некоторое количество воды, достаточное для сольватирования поверхности сверхпоглощающего материала, но меньшее, чем необходимо, чтобы вызывать значительное набухание сверхпоглощающего материала.
3. Способ по п.2, дополнительно включающий сушку обработанного сверхпоглощающего материала для удаления растворителя и воды.
4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий промывку обработанного сверхпоглощающего материала растворителем для удаления непрочно присоединенного поверхностно-активного вещества.
5. Способ по п.2, в котором обработку осуществляют путем погружения или распыления.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором сверхпоглощающий материал является сверхпоглощающим волокном.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором сверхпоглощающий материал имеет форму, выбранную из группы, состоящей из частиц, пленки, нетканого материала, шариков, пенопласта и совместно сформованного материала.
8. Постоянно смачиваемое сверхпоглощающее волокно, полученное способом по п.б.
9. Волокно по п.8, вызывающее уменьшение поверхностного натяжения солевого раствора менее чем приблизительно на 30%.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором обработанный сверхпоглощающий материал имеет время пребывания на плаву менее 30 с и вызывает уменьшение поверхностного натяжения солевого раствора менее чем приблизительно на 30%.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором обработанный сверхпоглощающий материал вызывает уменьшение поверхностного натяжения солевого раствора менее чем приблизительно на 25%.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором обработанный сверхпоглощающий материал вызывает уменьшение поверхностного натяжения солевого раствора менее чем приблизительно на 20%.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором сверхпоглощающий материал выбран из группы, состоящей из солей щелочных металлов полиакриловых кислот, полиакриламидов, поливинилового спирта, сополимеров этилена и малеинового ангидрида, поливиниловых эфиров, гидроксипропилцеллюлозы, поливинилморфолинона и полимеров и сополимеров винилсульфоновой кислоты, полиакрилатов, полиакриламидов, поливиниламинов, полиаллиламинов и поливинилпиридина.
14. Способ по п.1, в котором сверхпоглощающий материал выбран из группы, состоящей из агара, альгина, каррагенана, крахмала, пектина, гуаровой смолы, хитозана и аналогичных веществ, модифицированных природных веществ, например, из карбоксиалкилцеллюлозы, метилцеллюлозы, гидроксиалкилцеллюлозы, соли хитозана, декстрана и аналогичных веществ.
15. Способ по п.1, в котором первая реакционноспособная функциональная группа поверхностно-активного вещества выбрана из группы, состоящей из групп четвертичного аммония, аминогрупп, карбоксильных групп, сульфонатных групп, фосфатных групп и соответствующих им кислотных групп.
16. Способ по п.1, в котором нереакционноспособная гидрофильная функциональная группа поверхностно-активного вещества выбрана из группы, состоящей из гидроксильных групп, эфирных групп, групп карбоновой кислоты, аминогрупп и иминогрупп.
17. Способ по п.2, в котором растворитель выбран из группы, состоящей из изо-пропанола, метанола, этанола, бутилового спирта, бутандиола, бутантриола, бутанона, ацетона, этиленгликоля, пропиленгликоля, глицерина и их смесей.
18. Способ по п.2, в котором вода представлена в количестве, составляющем приблизительно от 1 до 10% от общей массы растворителя.
19. Способ по п.1, в котором обработанный сверхпоглощающий материал имеет время пребывания на плаву, составляющее менее 30 с.
20. Одноразовое поглощающее изделие, содержащее влагопроницаемый верхний слой, изнаночный слой, присоединенный к верхнему слою, и поглощающую структуру, полученную с волокном по п.8, расположенную между верхним слоем и изнаночным слоем.
21. Способ по п.1, в котором поверхностно-активное вещество наносят на сверхпоглощающий материал, когда сверхпоглощающий материал находится в сольватированном состоянии.
