Материал-носитель биомассы для обработки воды, преимущественно сточных вод, выполненный в виде нетканого материала из скрепленных между собой синтетических волокон, отличающийся тем, что в качестве синтетических волокон он содержит ионообменные волокна на основе полимеров, выбранных из группы: полиакрилнитрил, сополимер акрилонитрила и стирола, сополимер полипропилена и стирола, или полипропиленовые волокна, причем указанные волокна имеют линейную плотность в пределах от 0,9 дтекс до 6,8 дтекс.1.
