1. Безреагентный способ очитки стоков нефтеперерабатывающих заводов - "БОС-НПЗ", включающий их обработку в потоке на первой стадии ультразвуком в кавитационном режиме, на второй стадии некавитационным одновременно со светом оптического диапазона, промывку газом, электролизную обработку, обработку в магнитном поле и приемы разделения фракций - сепарацию, фильтрацию, отличающийся тем, что, с целью удешевления и улучшения качества очистки стоков НПЗ, используют возвратную циркуляцию 1-2% жидкости из общего потока после УЗ-кавитационной обработки в исходную усреднительную емкость, совместную обработку некавитационным ультразвуком и светом ведут в оптическом диапазоне, сосредоточенном в сине-зеленом спектре, используют далее коррекцию РН среды потока в зависимости от химического состава загрязнений стоков и направляют поток в отстойник, в процессе отстоя на поверхность жидкости всплывают легкие фракции нефтепродуктов, их декантируют и собирают в накопителе для последующей сдачи на сжигание, осадок тяжелых фракций подают на отжим воды, возвращая ее для последующей очистки в исходную усреднительную емкость, а концентрат тяжелых фракций накапливают с последующей передачей для ремонта автодорог, срединную осветленную воду отстойника подают на сепарацию или фильтрацию, откуда чистую воду направляют в накопитель для возврата в производство, а концентрат грязи направляют на отжим воды, отжатую воду возвращают в исходную усреднительную емкость для последующей очистки, а полученный концентрат с влажностью до 80% смешивают с отжатым концентратом для ремонта автодорог.1.
