Claims (1)

Способ профилактики осложнений при наложении холедо-ходуоденоанастомоза путем соединения холедоха и двенадцатиперстной кишки наложением шва, отличающийся тем, что предварительно шовную нить обрабатывают раствором ксимедона в течение 30 мин, а общий желчный проток промывают раствором ксимедона, атравматичную иглу с синтетической рассасывающейся нитью диаметром 4/0 вкалывают в стенку двенадцатиперстной кишки на расстоянии 3,5-4 мм от края со стороны серозной оболочки, проводят через мышечную оболочку, подслизистую основу, слизистую оболочку и выводят в просвет кишки, затем направление иглы меняют на противоположное, иглу вкалывают в точку, расположенную между серозной и мышечной оболочкой двенадцатиперстной кишки, проводят изнутри кнаружи и выкалывают в точке на расстоянии 1,5-2 мм от края кишки, далее изнутри кнаружи, отступя от края на 2 мм, иглу с нитью проводят через всю толщу общего желчного протока и выводят на его серозной оболочке, затем нити перекрещивают между собой и натягивают в противоположные стороны, в послеоперационном периоде промывают общий желчный проток и билиодигестивный анастомоз раствором ксимедона через дренаж и per os вводят ксимедон по 0,5 г четыре раза в сутки.A method for the prevention of complications when applying choledochoduodenoanastomosis by joining choledochus and duodenum by suturing, characterized in that the suture is preliminarily treated with a solution of xymedon for 30 minutes, and the common bile duct is washed with a solution of xymedon, an atraumatic needle with a synthetic absorbable thread / diameter 4 injected into the wall of the duodenum at a distance of 3.5-4 mm from the edge from the side of the serous membrane, passed through the muscle membrane, submucous base, mucous membrane the lobe and bring it into the lumen of the intestine, then the direction of the needle is reversed, the needle is injected into the point located between the serous and muscle membranes of the duodenum, it is carried out from the inside out and punctured at a point 1.5-2 mm from the edge of the intestine, then from the inside out , departing from the edge by 2 mm, the needle with the thread is passed through the entire thickness of the common bile duct and excreted on its serous membrane, then the threads cross and stretch in opposite directions, in the postoperative period the common bile duct is washed biliodigestive anastomosis xymedon solution through drainage and administered per os xymedon 0.5 g four times a day.
