Claims (8)
1. Способ нанесения порошкового покрытия на непроводящую основу, заключающийся в том, что обрабатывают поверхность непроводящей основы паром и теплом при температурах от 70 до 140°С в течение периода времени от 5 с до 10 мин и затем наносят порошковое покрытие методом электростатического напыления порошкового покрытия.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что температуры пара и тепла составляют от 80 до 130°С, а период времени составляет от 5 с до 5 мин.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что предусматривают период стабилизации между обработкой паром и теплом и последующим нанесением порошкового покрытия на поверхность основы.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что период стабилизации составляет от 5 с до 5 мин.
5. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что период стабилизации составляет от 30 с до 1 мин.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что подлежащую обработке основу помещают в насыщенную паром атмосферу, а затем подвергают воздействию циркулирующего горячего воздуха.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что температуру поверхности основы во время нанесения порошка поддерживают в интервале между комнатной температурой и 90°С.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что температура поверхности основы во время нанесения порошкового покрытия составляет от 45 до 70°С и ниже температуры стеклования порошкового покрытия.
