Claims (1)

Способ удлинения кости конечности, включающий выполнение минимум двойной остеотомии удлиняемой кости с последующей дозированной дистракцией выделенных фрагментов и их стабильной фиксации до перестройки участков сформированного костного регенерата в зрелую костную ткань, отличающийся тем, что дистракцию фрагментов кости производят циклично, с постоянно меняющимся темпом на каждом из уровней удлинения, при одновременном сохранении среднего темпа дистракции для всего сегмента в пределах 1,25 мм в сутки.A method of limb bone lengthening, comprising performing a minimum of double osteotomy of an elongated bone followed by dosed distraction of the selected fragments and their stable fixation until the sections of the formed bone regenerate are rebuilt into mature bone tissue, characterized in that the distraction of the bone fragments is performed cyclically, with a constantly changing rate on each of levels of elongation, while maintaining the average rate of distraction for the entire segment within 1.25 mm per day.
