Способ оценки тяжести механической травмы, включающий определение локализации и степени механических повреждений с присуждением баллов каждому повреждению и последующим их суммированием, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно определяют величину кровопотери, при этом кровопотерю до 500 мл оценивают в 0,2 балла, кровопотерю от 500 до 1000 мл в 0,4 балла, кровопотерю от 1001 до 2000 мл в 1 балл, кровопотерю от 2001 до 3000 мл в 6 баллов и кровопотерю свыше 300 мл в 10 баллов.A method for assessing the severity of a mechanical injury, including determining the location and degree of mechanical damage with the award of points for each damage and their subsequent summation, characterized in that they additionally determine the amount of blood loss, while blood loss up to 500 ml is estimated at 0.2 points, blood loss from 500 to 1000 ml in 0.4 points, blood loss from 1001 to 2000 ml in 1 point, blood loss from 2001 to 3000 ml in 6 points and blood loss in excess of 300 ml in 10 points.
