Устройство для инъекций в виде шприца, включающее подвижный поршень в виде герметичного резервуара с субстанцией, поршневой цилиндр, отличающееся тем, что имеет шлюзовой механизм перемещения жидкости включающий, передвижную внутрь или внутри просвета подвижного поршня перегородку или пробку, выполненную с возможностью возвратно-поступательного движения, а также устройство обратного перемещения пробки и выход резервуара подвижного поршня в виде выходного канала с боковым отверстием и выходным отверстием, открывающимся в просвет поршневого цилиндра.1.
