Устройство сальника устьевого, содержащее тройник, нажимную крышку, корпус переходника, в котором размещены уплотнительные манжеты, распорные кольца и уплотняемые поверхности, отличающееся тем, что в тройнике выполнены кольцевые выточки, в которых размещены блоки уплотнения и вкладыши, в крышке на торце выполнены концентрично по окружности резьбовые отверстия и установлены нажимные болты для последовательного воздействия на эксплуатационный и резервный блоки уплотнения через промежуточный и верхний вкладыши, при этом со стороны наружной поверхности тройника, в стенке, выполнены отверстия с резьбой и герметично установлены нажимные винты для воздействия на аварийный блок уплотнения через нижний вкладыш.1.
