А. , включающий теплицу с системами холодного и горячего водоснабжения, вентиляции с автоматическими узлами управления и водоем, отличающийся тем, что грядки, расположенные на несущих балках над водоемом, выполнены в виде поднимающихся террас и образуют в едином тепловом объеме сверху изолированные отделения для выращивания тех или иных растений с соответствующим микроклиматом, по боковым и внутренним полостям грядок устроены отделения для птичника и других нужд, а внизу по сторонам водоема в углублениях устроены культиваторы биогумуса.1.
