Установка для пастерилизации молока, содержащая платформу, уравнительный бак, выдерживатель, насосы подачи молока и воды, фильтры, секционный теплообменник со станиной и нажимными плитами, бойлер, охладитель с нажимной плитой, трубопроводы, запорно-регулирующая арматура и пульт управления, отличающаяся тем, что она снабжена сепараторами и водогрейным баком, а нажимные плиты теплообменника, и охладителя снабжены регулируемыми опорами и скреплены стяжками попарно, причем станины скреплены с нажимными плитами аналогично, сверху и снизу на нажимных плитах и теплообменных пластинах теплообменника и охладителя выполнены открытые пазы, в которых размещены съемные направляющие, выдерживатель размещен в емкости бойлера и выполнен из трубы в форме змеевика, бойлер снабжен крышкой с закрепленными в ней нагревательными элементами, а водогрейный бак теплоизолирован от окружающей среды, оснащен нагревательным элементами, двумя патрубками - для подачи холодной воды и выдачи горячей, при этом выходной патрубок сообщен посредством уравнительного бака с насосом, а входной патрубок - с источником воды, причем охладитель выполнен в виде отдельного блока и сообщен посредством трубопроводов с теплообменником, источником охлажденной среды и выходным вентилем.Installation for pasteurization of milk, containing a platform, leveling tank, extractor, milk and water supply pumps, filters, a sectional heat exchanger with a bed and pressure plates, a boiler, a pressure plate cooler, pipelines, shut-off and control valves and a control panel, characterized in that it is equipped with separators and a water tank, and the pressure plates of the heat exchanger and cooler are equipped with adjustable supports and are fastened with couplers in pairs, and the beds are connected with pressure plates in the same way, from above and from below open slots are made in the pressure plates and heat exchanger plates of the heat exchanger and cooler, in which removable guides are placed, the holder is placed in the boiler tank and made of a pipe in the shape of a coil, the boiler is equipped with a lid with heating elements fixed in it, and the hot water tank is insulated from the environment and equipped heating elements, two nozzles - for supplying cold water and dispensing hot, while the outlet nozzle is communicated by means of a surge tank with a pump, and the inlet nozzle - with a water source, and the cooler is made in the form of a separate unit and communicated through pipelines with a heat exchanger, a source of chilled medium and an outlet valve.
