Способ удаления кисты передней камеры, включающий перфорацию стенки кисты и отсечение ее от основания ИАГ-лазером и аргонкоагуляцию зоны роста, отличающийся тем, что до перфорации проводят ИАГ-лазерное воздействие на жидкое содержимое кисты в ее центре до образования кавитационной полости, а после отсечения кисты от основания и самопроизвольного всплывания ее в передней камере проводят коагуляцию зоны роста с последующим разрушением кисты ИАГ-лазерным воздействием.A method for removing the cysts of the anterior chamber, including perforation of the cyst wall and cutting it off the base with a YAG laser and argon coagulation of the growth zone, characterized in that before perforation a YAG laser is applied to the liquid contents of the cyst in its center until a cavitation cavity is formed, and after the cyst is cut off from the base and its spontaneous floating in the anterior chamber, coagulation of the growth zone is carried out, followed by destruction of the cyst by YAG laser exposure.
