The useful model relates to devices for improving the quality and variability of sports training of swimmers on the water, maintaining the axial position of the swimmer's body, as well as increasing interest and introducing competitiveness into the training process.

Nowadays, in most cases, swimming uses separate swimming devices, which are designed for individual training. Their characteristic problem is the uniformity of the load and the long time required to achieve high training results.

A common disadvantage of the above analogs is the high time spent in achieving training results with the separate use of the above models, as well as the low intensity of training of muscle groups developed during training and the low efficiency of prototypes in their individual application.

The main disadvantage of the prototype is the relatively low load on the upper muscle group, which is necessary for swimmers to train.

The technical result of the claimed useful model is to achieve the axial position of the swimmer's body, increase the exerted physical load on the athlete's body, increase interest and bring competition into the training process, as well as improve the quality of swimmers' training during group training.

The technical result is achieved through the use of a buoy made of a material lighter than water, which pops up when put on the swimmer and gives the necessary position of the back of his body to achieve high-quality training results, as well as by increasing the load on the athlete by attaching a rubber harness to the buoy, the counterpart which engages either a static load (bollard) or a similar buoy used by another swimmer.

The proposal is illustrated by a drawing, which shows a diagram of a dual-use swimming buoy in its working position in single and combined configurations.

The proposal consists of (see fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3):

During training in the pool, athletes attach the device to their legs, securing it to the shins with regulating cables. Further, the swimming buoy floats to the surface, giving the necessary position to the swimmer's body in the water, which in turn allows a high load on the upper muscle group. Then the athletes begin to move in opposite directions, relative to each other, and after that, an increased resistance is created, which the swimmers overcome, thereby improving their physical fitness, developing the upper muscle groups more effectively and intensively, and fostering the spirit of competition that athletes need.

It is possible to use the device in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 by attaching to the side of the pool.

It is possible to use the device in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, with two swimming buoys and two athletes at the same time.
