Description

The utility model refers to the means intended for packaging, storage and transportation of bulk items, such as nails, screws, dowels, bolts, buttons, balls, and others, and can be used in the installation of engineering networks, general construction works, in assembly plants. The box is designed for multiple use.

Known box RU 2 303 561 C2 IPC B65D 5/00 (2006.01) B65D 5/22 (2006.01) publ. 07/27/2007, made from a sheet blank (for example, cardboard or plastic), which has a rectangular central zone, side walls, end walls, as well as ears, slots and stoppers. The box has an opening lid, which does not open completely due to the abutment of the stoppers against the edges of the slots. This prevents items from falling out of the box.

The disadvantage is that the material for making the box is unreliable, the box can be used for a short period of time, since when the lid is repeatedly opened, the stoppers and slots inevitably undergo deformations, and eventually objects fall out of the box freely. Also, the stoppers often come out of the slots and it takes a lot of time to return them to their place.

Of the known, the closest in technical essence is the CGPods 5.0 headphone case (https://sankt-peterburg.caseguru.ru/product/cgpods_black/), containing an inner hollow cylinder with a "window" and an outer cylinder with a corresponding "window" for access to headphones and other items. The case also has a device to protect against accidental opening.

The disadvantage is that the case is designed to store and charge the CGPods 5.0 wireless headphones in it, and it is also in the shape of a cylinder and can easily roll on horizontal surfaces and on sloped surfaces, which causes inconvenience in working conditions.

The utility model is aimed at creating durable, reusable packaging for fasteners and other small bulk items. The design of the device should exclude rolling and overturning, and the design should also provide for a wide "window" for access to the contents.

This is achieved by the fact that the box for small items, containing a volume for storing small bulk items, like the box RU 2 303 561 C2, according to the proposed utility model, the box is made entirely of plastic, and not a fully opening lid (in the box RU 2 303 561 C2 ) is absent, and is replaced by a hollow cylinder 2 with a handle and a "window" (a rectangular hole on the side surface of the cylinder) for loading and unloading small items. In this case, the cylinder is located inside the housing. The inner surface of the body 1 is made in the form of a cylinder with a "window" similar to the "window" of the cylinder 2, the outer surface of the body 1 is formed in the form of an octagonal prism with supports.

The introduction of new elements and connections between them provides a solution to the problem. FIG. 1 shows a general view of the box in the open state. The device contains:

The box consists of three parts: body 1, cylinder 2 and cover-plug 3 (Fig. 1).

The body 1 is an oblong octagonal prism with a hole for installing the cylinder 2 and supports. On one side of the base, the body has a bulge inside itself. The thickening serves to form the side 8 and the placement of the clips 7 (Fig. 2 b). On the other base of the body there is an internal thread for installing the cover. Also on the body there is an oblong rectangular opening for access to the contents of the box. On the side opposite to the rectangular opening, there are supports to prevent the box from tipping and rolling. The arrangement of the clamps 7 is shown in FIG. 2 b. The body is made by molding plastic and is a single non-separable part. The locks 7 are presented in the form of a plate with a thickening in the form of a cylinder on one end side, and on the other end side the plate goes into the body 1. In order for the locks 7 to bend in the thickening at the base of the body 1 there is a slot (Fig. 2 b).

Cylinder 2 is hollow. On one base there is a handle 5, the second base is presented in the form of a hole (Fig. 2a). The cylinder has an oblong rectangular opening for access to the contents of the box. From the side of the handle, the cylinder is tapered to pass the cylinder 2 inside the housing 1. Between the handle and the main part of the cylinder there is another taper, on which the pins 6 are located. FIG. 2a only one spike is visible, the second is on the opposite side. The main part of the cylinder is the part of the cylinder from the rim 9 to the base of the cylinder, represented as a hole.

The cover 3 has a thread on the lateral surface for attaching to the body 1. The cover also has a handle for turning the cover around its axis.

In order to assemble the box, insert the cylinder 2 into the body 1 and screw on the cover 3. There are corresponding threads on the cover and the body. In this case, the cylinder 2 rests against the side 9 against the side 8 on the body, which prevents the cylinder from falling out of the body.

Cylinder 2 has a rectangular opening - a "window" corresponding to a "window" in housing 1. Cylinder 2 can rotate in housing 1. When the "windows" match, the box is open. The box is closed by turning the knob 5. In this case, the cylinder body begins to overlap the "window" on the housing 1. When turning the cylinder 2, an increased force must be applied so that the spikes 6 can bend the latches 7. Further, turning occurs freely until the spikes 6 enter the space between locks 7. The locks on the body and the spikes on the cylinder are located in such a way that when the spikes 6 hit the space between the locks 7 the box is either fully open or completely closed. Also on the body 1 there are supports 4, located on the opposite side of the "window", they are needed so that the box does not roll.

The device works as follows.

After the manufacture of all parts, the box is assembled according to the above description. Next, the corresponding items are poured into the box - screws, nails, dowels or others. Cylinder 2 pivots and locks in the closed position. When using the box, cylinder 2 rotates, the box opens, and is fixed again.

The proposed device has a large "window" for access to content. Easily and quickly opens and closes; you do not need to separate the lid from the main body to access the contents.

A box according to claim 1, characterized in that the opening for installing the cylinder is closed by a lid having an external thread, and the body has a corresponding internal thread. 4.
