The utility model relates to furniture production and can be used in the manufacture of predominantly transformable products of upholstered furniture, in particular sofas, armchairs.

Known latch for upholstered furniture containing a housing and a persistent step (see patent RU 10520, IPC A47B95 / 00, publ. 16.08.1999). The stop step is housed in a housing made in the form of a plate with curved side edges representing mounting plates, the bending being made so that the housing and mounting plates are located in mutually intersecting planes, the intersection line of which is the common base of the plates.

However, the latch is not designed to fix furniture in three positions.

A known latch (see patent RU 98877, IPC A47C17 / 16, publ. 10.11.2010), which is a steel strip with bends along both long sides and two slots, one of which is formed by two parallel edges joined by a fillet, and the second is similar to the first , but on the one hand has an extension, which is a rectangle with rounded corners (internal groove).

The latch of the roller support (Fig. 1), mainly for transformable upholstered furniture, contains a base made in the form of a steel plate with an elongated shape 2 mm thick, with mounting holes 1 for attaching to the furniture box 9, for example a sofa, using screws. The edges of the latch are bent at an angle of 90 ^about (the first bend 2 and the second bend 7), parallel to each other (Fig. 3), thereby preventing the displacement of the clamp in the longitudinal plane. At one end of the plate is an S-shaped bend 6, designed to fix the sofa in a prone position. The base contains, from the side opposite the S-shaped bend 6, three trapezoidal projections 3-5 (thrust elements) for fixing the support rollers in predetermined positions. The first trapezoidal protrusion 3 is designed to fix the sofa in a sitting position, the second 4 and third 5 trapezoidal protrusions are designed to fix the sofa in a reclining position and are located between the first trapezoidal protrusion 3 and the S-shaped bend 6.

Through holes 1, the latch of the roller support is attached to the furniture box 9 to prevent displacement in the transverse and vertical plane.

The trapezoidal protrusions 3, 4 and 5 are necessary for the calculated positioning of the roll-out part of the furniture, in particular sofas. The upper part of the protrusion 3 is made more extended than the upper parts of the protrusions 4 and 5 (Fig. 2).

The device operates as follows.

A sofa with an intermediate resting position consists of a back, seat, box-shaped base (box) and accessories that connect these elements.

To the upper part of the side walls of the box 9 of the sofa with the help of fixing holes 1 with screws, one lock of the roller support is attached. The latch reinforces the design of the linen box (sofa) using the first bend 2, made on its basis.

In the initial state, in the sitting position (Fig. 4), the seat 8 is mounted on the box of the sofa 9, while the rollers of the seat 10 are fixed by the first trapezoidal protrusion 3.

In the "relax" position, designed to rest a reclining position, the seat 8 is partially extended forward until the rollers of the seat 10 get into the space between the second 4 and third trapezoidal protrusions 5 on the base of the latch.

When transferring the sofa from the sitting position to the lying position, the seat 8 is rolled out to the stop, while the rollers of the seat 10 are fixed by an S-shaped bend 6 on the box 9. To fix the seat 8 in the prone position, the backrest 11 is rotated around the hinge axis in a horizontal position.
