Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to purulent surgery. The goal is to shorten the treatment time when stimulating healing in the second phase of the wound healing process. To do this, a medicine is applied to the wound, which represents a composition containing a copolymer of vinyl alcohol and medicinal wound healing agents up to 10% of its composition, in a dose of 6-16 mg / cm once every 3-4 days before the appearance of granulations, and then a vinyl alcohol copolymer powder in a dose of 8-20 mg / cm2 once every 3-5 days until the wound is completely healed. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery, and is intended for the treatment of purulent wounds.
The purpose of the invention is to shorten the treatment time.
The method is as follows
После частичной хирургической обработки .гнойного очага, промывани его раствором антисептиков провод т последующее лечение путем нанесени на рану сначала порошка полимерно-лекарственной композиции в количестве 6-16 мг/см2 с частотой перев зок 1 раз в 3-4 дн до по влени первых островков здоровых гранул ций, а затем - нанесени порошка сополимера поливинилового спирта в дозе 8-20 мг/см2 с частотой перев зок 1 раз в 3-5 дней до полного заживлени раны,After partial surgical treatment of the purulent lesion, washing it with a solution of antiseptics, subsequent treatment is carried out by first applying the powder of the polymer-drug composition in an amount of 6-16 mg / cm2 with a frequency of dressing once every 3-4 days before the appearance of the first islets healthy granulations, and then applying a powder of a polyvinyl alcohol copolymer in a dose of 8-20 mg / cm2 with a frequency of dressing once every 3-5 days until the wound is completely healed;

Здоров.cm, the bottom of which was the metatarsal bones. Staphylococcus aureus was seeded during the treatment period. Partial excision of the ulcer and the area of the affected bone was performed. A powder of the polymer drug composition was applied on the wound surface in an amount of 6 mg / cm with a frequency of dressing once every 4 days. After 12 days, the entire wound surface was covered with granules. Then, polyvinyl alcohol powder in an amount of 8 mg / cm2 was applied to the granulating wound with dressings once every 3 days. After 1 month from the start of treatment, the wound was completely epithelized. Inspected after a year. Is healthy.

RPZ about 4 days. The wound cleansed of purulent discharge and after 15 days granulation appeared. Then, dressings were made once every 5 days with the application of polyvinyl alcohol powder in an amount of 20 mg / cm2 onto the wound. The wound has completely healed by day 20. No pathogen changes were observed. Examined after 1 year. Is healthy.
