Использование: проведение погрузоч- но-разгрузочных работ, а именно разгрузка движущихс  платформ, например со строительными грузами. Сущность изобретени : устройство содержит рельсовый путь 1, по обеим сторонам которого вертикально установлены направл ющие. В направл ющих с возможностью перемещени  размещены каретки 6, на которых шарнирно закреплены свободные концы 7 П-образной рамы с отвалом 10 дл  выгрузки груза. Средние части свободных концов рамы кинематически св заны с приводами 8.
