Тренажер обеспечивает возможность легкого и быстрого формирования значительного количества упражнений различной степени сложности, необходимых для проведения длительных курсов восстановления ассоциативной памяти у больных неврологической клиники. Кроме этого, он способствует повышению интереса больных к процессу занятий за счет того, что работа осуществляется с устройством, вносящим в занятия элемент новизны и превращающим их в увлекательный психологический тренинг. Далее больному дается задание вспомнить запоминаемые им пары слов (12), глядя на слова, расположенные на левом и правом печатном листе (6). Для удобства выполнения задания больной может по памяти нанести на поверхность шторки (8) линии, соединяющие пары запоминаемых им слов посредством легко стирающегося маркера. Данный способ работы с «Тренажером» является более простым и может использоваться на начальных стадиях восстановления ассоциативной памяти.1. Далее больной устно или письменно (ручкой в тетради или водным маркером на поверхности узкой шторки) воспроизводит запомненные им слова. Аналогичным образом в той же последовательности специалист может закрыть левой узкой шторкой (7) левый печатный лист (6) с колонкой слов (12) и повторить вышеописанные действия. Данный способ работы с «Тренажером» является более сложным и может использоваться на более поздних стадиях восстановления ассоциативной памяти.2.
