Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of sports equipment, namely to targets for archery, and can be used in amateur or professional competitions, as well as in training and to simulate hunting. The sports target is made in the form of a plate equipped with fastening elements from a material containing foam rubber. The utility model relates to the field of sports equipment, namely to targets for archery, and can be used in amateur or professional competitions, as well as in training and to simulate hunting.

A sports target is known from the prior art, made in the form of a plate containing material of foam rubber equipped with fastening elements (see http://balista.ru/reviews/arbalet/18.html). The collection and analysis of statistical data on the number of hits in various zones of such targets showed that the most affected area is the central region, which for this reason wears out noticeably faster than other spectacle zones. The technical problem is the creation of a more durable, but simple and inexpensive to manufacture the target.

In the proposed sports target, made in the form equipped with fastening elements of a plate made of a material containing foam rubber, a curly thickening of a material with a higher density is made in the central part of the plate on its front surface.

The combination of the above features allows you to solve the above technical problem and get a technical result, which consists in increasing the service life of the target.

In the standard version, the sports target is a square plate 1 with a size of 400 × 400 × 20 mm from a two-component free-foam-free material based on polyurethane foam with the addition of elastic foam rubber with a density of about 200 kg / m ^{3 of the} following composition:

polyurethane foam - 99%:

component A (which is a mixture of polyethers, crosslinking agents and catalysts) - 66%;

component B (diisocyanate) - 33%;

foam rubber - 1%.

The physicochemical properties of such a material make it possible to restore the structure after damage caused by the penetration of arrowheads. Thus, the target has increased wear resistance and flexibility. In addition, the material is not subject to temperature effects due to friction against the boom shaft, as a result of which it does not “stick” to the boom, which, in turn, facilitates the removal of the boom from the product.

In the central part of the plate 1, on the front surface, at the same time, a thickening 2 is made in the form of a geometric figure (for example, a circle with a total thickness of the plate 1 and a thickening of 2-40 mm) or an animal shape (it is also possible to directly manufacture the plate 1 in the shape of an animal figure with a thickening 2, imitating the volumetric structure of his body). Thickening 2 is made of a material with increased density (280-400 kg / m ³ ), which allows for more uniform wear and to make the target more durable. The thickening 2 can be made of material of the following composition:

polyurethane foam - 99%:

component A (which is a mixture of polyethers, crosslinking agents and catalysts) - 64%;

component B (diisocyanate) - 35%;

foam rubber - 1%.

For professional competitions, thickening 2 is performed in the form of concentric rings corresponding to eight-, nine- and ten-point zones, the location and diameters of which correspond to the requirements of the International Federation for archery to standard targets used for shooting at 18 m (the diameter of the outer ring is 200 mm). The thickness of these rings can vary in steps (see Fig. 2), the density of the material can also change in steps: from the most dense in a circle with a minimum radius to the minimum dense in the plate 1 itself.

In the peripheral part, the plate 1 is equipped with fastening elements, for example grommets 3, which allow fixing not only as an overlay on the isolon block, but also as an independent target, fixing it with any extensions or other improvised means to any vertical or horizontal rungs on the surface with holes (fences, metal nets, carcasses of buildings and structures), wrapped around a stable support (pillar, support, tree trunk) or attached to a hollow container (canister, box, bottle, etc.).

For the manufacture of the target, a volume master mold is used, in the lower part of which a recess is made, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of thickening 2. The prepared mixture with a higher density is poured into the indicated recess, then immediately the less dense part is placed on it, after which the material is mixed and foamed. Then the master form is closed, and the material crystallizes and the finished product is molded.

The proposed utility model can significantly increase the service life of a sports target, while minimizing the cost of its manufacture.
