Abstract

The developed device relates to the food industry, namely, devices for the consumption of cocktails used in catering: in restaurants, cafes and bars. The device in addition to the prototype contains in the middle part a cylinder-conical mixer (13), designed to provide preliminary accumulation and high-quality mixing of cocktail composites entering it. Inside the mixer (13), in its lower conical part, there is a check valve in the form of a ball (17). A horizontal mesh (18) is fixed above the ball (17), which prevents its free movement throughout the entire interior of the mixer (13). In the upper and lower parts of the device, collectors (10) and (19) are additionally installed with the main (1) and additional (2) tubes. All tubes (1) and (2) in the upper part of the device are additionally equipped with check valves (4), which ensure compliance with the sanitary and hygienic norms of consumption of cocktail composites from common containers. 9 ill.

Description

Cocktail Consumer Device

The developed device relates to the food industry, namely, devices for cocktails used in catering: in restaurants, cafes and bars.

A significant disadvantage of the known device is not the high quality of the cocktail consumed with it due to the impossibility of pre-mixing its composites before consuming the cocktail itself.

It is known “Device for consuming a composition comprising a drink consisting of at least two components” (RF patent No. 2234848, published August 27, 2003), adopted as a prototype.

A significant disadvantage of the known device is the low quality of the consumed cocktail, which is due only to the simultaneous receipt of the cocktail composites in the mouth of the consumer, where they are mixed. At the same time, the proper preparation of the cocktail is not ensured, that is, the preliminary mixing of the composites, which results in the conversion of drinks with each taste to a cocktail with its own original taste, different from the taste of each individual composite. Thus, the known device does not provide high-quality preparation of a cocktail from its composites due to the lack of preliminary mixing.

The technical result of the developed device is the high-quality preparation of a cocktail from its composites.

The technical result of the developed device is achieved due to the additional introduction in the middle part of the mixer for cocktail composites, which is made in the form of a cylinder-conical container, in the through hole of which a check valve is placed in the lower conical part.

A feature of this additional storage tank, the mixer, is to ensure that, before consuming the cocktail, it accumulates and mixes its composites in the form of juices or drinks, due to which this mixture turns into a cocktail characterized by tastes that differ from the taste of each individual of its mixed composites . The presence of a check valve in the lower conical part of the mixer is due to the need to ensure the conditions for the accumulation of cocktail composites inside its container.

In the absence of this valve, the accumulation of cocktail composites and their mixing in the internal container of the mixer will be excluded and, as a result, the process of mixing individual composites with each other and their transformation into a cocktail will be excluded.

In FIG. 1-9 shows all the elements of the developed device: where 1 is the main tube, 2 is the additional tube, 3 is the corrugated part on the main 1 and additional 2 tubes, 4 are check valves in the form of a ball valve on the main 1 and additional tubes, 5 - non-return valve cover, 6 - conical base of the non-return valve, 7 - through holes in the cover and in the conical base of the non-return valve, 8 - ball-shaped valve, 9 - restrictive mesh in the non-return valve, 10 - collector from the side of cocktail consumers, 11 - nozzles installed in the manifold, 12 - opening covers on the nozzles, 13 - cylindrical mixer, 14 - conical base of the mixer, 15 - central nozzle, 16 - through hole in the conical base of the mixer, 17 - valve in the form of a ball in the conical base of the mixer, 18 - restrictive mesh in the mixer body, 19 - collector from the side of cocktail composites, 20 - regulator of the cocktail composite consumption.

In addition to the prototype, the middle part of the device for consumers of cocktails is made in the form of a cylinder-conical mixer 13, consisting of a cylindrical part and a conical base 14, which are detachable, for example, by means of a thread, connected to each other. In the cylindrical part of the mixer 13 is located the central pipe 15, through which the prepared cocktail from the mixer 13 through the main 1 and additional 2 tubes enters the mouth of the consumers of the cocktail.

A through hole 16 is made in the lower part of the conical base of the mixer 13, in which a check valve in the form of a ball 17 is additionally installed, over which a restrictive grid 18 is fixed, which prevents its free movement throughout the entire inner casing. Outside of the conical base 14 of the mixer 13, two main tubes 1 are connected with flow controllers of the composite 20 (the tubes 1 are placed in containers with cocktail composites, which are not shown in the figure).

As can be seen from FIG. 2, in the upper part of the device, the mixer 13 is connected to an additional collector 10 with nozzles 11 according to the number of cocktail consumers (in this case, two).

In addition to the prototype, on the main 1 and additional tubes 2, from the side of the cocktail consumers, there are installed ball-type check valves 4, a longitudinal section of the structure of one of which is shown in FIG. 4. The check valve 4 includes detachably connected to each other the cover of the check valve 5 and the conical base 6, in which coaxial through holes are made 7. The cover of the body 5 of the check valve 4 can be made in the form of a part of the figure formed by some geometric bodies of revolution, for example, cone, truncated cone, ball, elongated spheroid, etc. In FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of check valve 4 along BB.

Inside the case of the non-return valve 4, in the lower conical part 6, the actual valve 8 is placed, made in the form of a ball made of a material with negative buoyancy, for example, stainless steel or glass. In this case, the diameter of the ball is larger than the diameter of the through hole 7 in its housing, as well as the holes in the horizontal grid 9, additionally installed above it, which limits its free movement inside the entire body of the check valve 4.

The installation of additional check valves 4 on the main 1 and additional pipes 2 allows all consumers of cocktails, regardless of their number, to ensure favorable hygienic and sanitary conditions when consuming cocktail composites from their common containers, since the presence of check valves 4 on all pipes (main and additional) eliminates the possibility of saliva and cocktail residues from the mouth of consumers in these containers with composites.

In FIG. Figure 6 shows the developed device with an additional manifold 10 installed on the part of the cocktail consumers and nozzles 11 for two cocktail consumers of two composites into which the main 1 and additional 2 tubes with check valves are inserted 4. The presence of this collector with nozzles 11, as well as the possibility to quickly change the number of additional tubes 2 in them, allows the same device to be used for a different number of consumers. The efficiency of changing the number of additional tubes 2 with an increase in the number of consumers is ensured by opening the covers 12 on the required number of nozzles 11 and installing an additional number of tubes 2 in them. In the case of reducing cocktail consumers, additional tubes 2 are removed from the corresponding number of nozzles 11 and the covers 12 are closed on them .

In FIG. 7 shows a developed device designed for two consumers of cocktails of three composites. In the lower part of the device, on the side of containers with composites for cocktails, there is a second additional collector 19 with nozzles 11, one of which is equipped with an opening lid 12, open if there is an additional tube 2, and closed if it is missing, moreover, on the nozzles 11 into which the main tubes 1 are inserted, the opening covers 12 are absent. In this case, all additional tubes 2 are placed in additional containers (not shown in the figure) with composites for cocktails. In addition, as can be seen from FIG. 7, regulators 20 are installed on all the tubes, with the help of which the ratio of composites in cocktails is regulated, due to which the assortment of cocktails is expanded with a certain number of composites.

The operation of the device is as follows. When consuming cocktails through the main 1 and additional tubes 2 from the container with composites, they through the open hole 16 in the conical base 14 enter the housing of the cylinder-conical mixer 13, where they are accumulated and mixed. Then the resulting drink - a cocktail through the nozzles 11 of the collector 10, the check valves 4, tubes 1 and 2 enters the mouth of consumers.

When the consumer draws the cocktail into the mouth in the central pipe 15 in the body of the mixer 13, pipe 11, pipes 1 and 2, a vacuum is created. Due to this discharge, the ball 17 rises and opens the hole 16 in the conical base 14 of the mixer 13, which, in the absence of discharge, it closed under the action of its own gravity. The free movement of the ball 17 inside the housing of the mixer 13 is limited by a grid 18 mounted above it.

After stopping the retraction of the cocktail by the consumer, the ball 17 is lowered by its own gravity and closes the hole 16 in the conical base 14 of the mixer 13. At the same time, the composites received in the mixer 13 are accumulated and mixed, which ensures the necessary taste qualities of the prepared cocktail.

At the same time, through the tubes 1 and 2, the saliva and the remains of the cocktail from the consumers ’mouth drain and accumulate inside the check valve bodies 4. Due to the fact that at this moment in all the elements of the device there is no vacuum created by the consumers, the ball 8 drops and closes due to gravity a through hole 7 in the lower part of the conical base 6 of the check valve 4, which eliminates the flow of liquid remaining in it into the mixer 13. When the consumer subsequently draws in the cocktail, the liquid Xia check valves inside the housings 3 flows into the consumer's mouth only through the tubes 1 or 2.

In FIG. 8 and 9 show developed cocktail devices, including two additional collectors 10 and 19 with nozzles 11, which are installed both on the part of users of cocktails 10 and also on the side of containers for their composites 19, and additional collectors 10 and 19 are installed a different number of nozzles 11, with the main 1 and additional tubes 2 inserted into them.

So in FIG. 8 shows a cocktail device of two composites for three consumers. As can be seen, on the device from the side of the containers with composites in the nozzles 11 of the second additional manifold 19, only two main tubes 1 are installed, therefore, there are no opening covers on them. On the third pipe 11 of this collector, an additional tube 2 is absent and therefore the opening roof 12 is closed on it.

In FIG. 9 shows a developed device for three consumers of cocktails of three composites. At the same time, in the additional manifold 10 from the users ’side, three tubes are installed in the nozzles 9, one of which is the main 1 and two are additional 2. As can be seen from FIG. 9 on the pipe 11 with the main tube 1, the opening cover 12 is absent, and on the pipes 11 with the additional tubes 2 the opening covers 12 are open.

Thus, the developed device further includes a cylindrical mixer 13, the cylindrical part of which, located in the middle part of the device, is detachably connected to the conical bottom, in which a through hole is additionally made and a check valve is installed. The presence of a mixer in the developed device allows you to pre-accumulate and mix its composites before consuming the finished cocktail, which ensures high quality of the prepared cocktail.

A device for cocktail consumers, including the lower part, made in the form of at least two tubes with regulators placed in different containers and providing mixing of the cocktail components in a predetermined proportion, the upper part made of tubes with the possibility of placing them in the user's mouth as well as the middle part, made with the possibility of simultaneous connection of the tube in the upper part with the tubes in the lower part, characterized in that its middle part further includes a mixer, made cylinder roconic form with the possibility of detachable, for example, threaded connection of its cylindrical part with a conical bottom, in which a through hole is made and a check valve is additionally installed. 2. The device according to p. 1, characterized in that the check valve installed in the conical bottom of the mixer is made, for example, of a ball type, and includes a ball valve itself and a limiter for its movement. 3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the check valve is made in the form of a freely movable ball valve made of a material with negative buoyancy, for example, glass or stainless steel, while the diameter of the ball valve is larger than the diameter of the through hole in the conical mixer bottom. 4. The device according to p. 1, characterized in that the check valve additionally has a ball valve movement limiter made in the form of a horizontally fixed grid restricting its free movement throughout the entire interior of the mixer, while the diameter of the ball valve is larger than the hole sizes in the grid.
