Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, biotechnology and genetic engineering and can be used to obtain a live recombinant hepatitis B vaccine. The aim of the invention is to create a plasmid that expresses the hepatitis B virus antigen in mammalian cells. The recombinant plasmid DNA p 7.5 C consists of Sty 1 - a fragment of the genome of hepatitis B virus (HBV) 575 bp in length containing the HBV C gene without an ATC codon and most of the pre-regional hepatitis (to ensure translation is initiated directly from the ATG codon of C-ten) . and p VAR 15 vector, which provides for the integration and expression of the C gene in the thymidine kinase gene of the vaccine virus LIVP.
