Abstract
Литиевая батарея, содержащая, по крайней мере, один литиевый химический источник тока (ИТ) с положительным и отрицательным токовыводами, диод, подключенный параллельно ИТ, полевой транзистор, проводящий канал которого соединен последовательно с ИТ, резистор и термопредохранитель, причем резистор электрически подключен между затвором полевого транзистора и одним токовыводом ИТ с полярностью, к которому присоединен проводящий канал полевого транзистора, а термопредохранитель подключен между затвором транзистора и другим токовыводом ИТ противоположной полярности и размещен в зоне потока тепловой энергии от полевого транзистора, отличающаяся тем, что термопредохранитель размещен одновременно в зоне потока тепловой энергии от полевого транзистора и в зоне потока тепловой энергии от ИТ, при этом температура срабатывания термопредохранителя находится в интервале от максимально допустимой рабочей температуры для ИТ до максимально допустимой рабочей температуры для полевого транзистора.A lithium battery containing at least one lithium chemical current source (IT) with positive and negative current leads, a diode connected in parallel to IT, a field effect transistor whose conductive channel is connected in series with IT, a resistor and a thermal fuse, the resistor being electrically connected between the gate field transistor and one IT current output with polarity, to which a conducting channel of the field effect transistor is connected, and a thermal fuse is connected between the gate of the transistor and another IT current output of opposite polarity and placed in the zone of heat energy flow from the field effect transistor, characterized in that the thermal fuse is placed simultaneously in the zone of heat energy flow from the field effect transistor and in the zone of heat energy flow from IT, while the temperature of the thermal fuse is in the range from the maximum allowable working temperature for IT up to the maximum permissible operating temperature for the field effect transistor.
