Полезная модель относится к защитным нриспособлеииям ручных инструментов, имеющих режущее иолотно и режущую кромку, а именно к конструкции защитного футляра для садовоогородного инвентаря (мотыг, грабель, вил и различных ручных рыхлителей ночвы ) и нозволяет иовысить удобство пользования ручным садово-огородным инвентарем ири транспортировке и хранении, а также исключить травматизм режущим нолотном или режущей кромкой при транспортировке в общественном и личном транспорте. Известны ножны для охотничьего ножа(патент США N 2398764) SU N 1341025, содержащие футляр, приспособление в виде овальной трубкн для защиты части лезвия, приспособление в виде чехла для защиты острия ножа, U-образную пружину, фиксатор и подвеску. Известная конструкция сложна в изготовлении.
