Цель изобретения - упрощение способа. Это достигается за счет использования для экстракции 5%-ной уксусной кислоты с добавлением 1,0-1,5 г/л хлористого цинка с последующим осаждением целевого продукта 5 объемами ацетона при -(5-7)оС и промывкой его 10 объемами ацетона.The purpose of the invention is the simplification of the method. П р и м е р. Берут 5 кг замороженной представленной железы баранов, измельчают на волчке и помещают в реактор с охлаждением и мешалкой. Сырье заливают раствором 5%-ной уксусной кислоты до рН 4,0, добавляют 1 г на 1 л хлористого цинка и включают реактор. Экстракцию проводят при 18оС в течение 48 ч при постоянном перемешивании. По окончании экстракции сырье сливают и центрифугируют 15 мин со скоростью 3000g. Надосадочную жидкость декантируют, к ней добавляют 5 частей ацетона на 1 часть экстракта при -5оС, перемешивают и формируют осадок 20 ч, после чего перемешивают и фильтруют. Полученный на фильтре осадок обрабатывают ацетоном (10 объемов). Осадок в количестве 30 г высушивают, измельчают и растворяют в дистиллированной воде из расчета 0,2 кг осадка на 10 кг воды. В течение 2 ч при 18оС перемешивают и удаляют балластные белки фильтрованием. В отфильтрованном растворе устанавливают рН 4,5, стерильно фильтруют через пластины EKS, разливают в флаконы, лиофилизируют, получают в каждом флаконе по 10 мл порошка.
