The utility model relates to devices for dispensing cash to bank card holders and is intended for use in self-service systems using electronic payments.

The designs of typical existing ATMs are bulky and heavy, due to both the need to protect them from unauthorized entry, and the presence of a number of tools and devices that ensure their operation. All well-known ATM designs are stationary and intended for use in designated areas.

Known hinged block for the issuance of banknotes, comprising a housing made with the possibility of fastening to a vertical surface, and a means of storage and issuance of banknotes placed in the housing (patent RU No. 988695, IPC A63F 3/06, publ. 10.27.2010). In the known device, as in all standard ATMs, the dispenser and cash withdrawal window are located under the monitor. A disadvantage of the known device is that it is stationary and is intended for use in designated areas.

Closest to the claimed utility model by technical nature, selected as a prototype, is a fully-functional SmartCash 1000 self-service device containing a dispenser, a safe, a monitor, a cash withdrawal window, a receipt printer, a card reader, a keyboard, a control computer and a power source (http://www.bankart.ru/cntnt/produkci) (see Fig. 2). Corresponding windows for input-output of a bank card and issuance of checks are made in the ATM case. In the known device, as with all standard ATMs, a dispenser and a cash withdrawal window are installed under the monitor. The prototype has the same drawback as the analogue - the device is designed for stationary use in designated areas.

The technical problem that the utility model is aimed at is expanding the possibilities of using a self-service device, creating a device that is compact, which can be installed not only in special rooms, but also built in, for example, in cars, in any small niches, installed in the cabin of the aircraft, ship, on the upper floors of shopping malls, in places with restrictions on the load on their load-bearing structures, which is why the installation of existing standard ATMs there possible.

A self-service device with a cash withdrawal function, made in accordance with the claimed utility model, can also be installed in places with a height difference of the horizontal level of the client area and the horizontal installation level of the ATM exceeding 300 mm. Existing ATMs allow a maximum rise of 100-250 mm relative to the location of the client, otherwise the client will not reach either the monitor or the keyboard - he will simply not be able to see them, and using the device will be inconvenient.
