The utility model relates to the field of medicine, in particular traumatology, and can be used inside a medical institution (hereinafter - HCI) for temporary immobilization of the pelvis at the time of diagnostic measures for combined trauma and transportation of patients with suspected unstable damage to the pelvis.

A device for treating damage to the pelvis in the form of a hammock suspended from the Balkan frames. The device is used for long-term conservative treatment. Despite the disadvantages of this device (ease of displacement of the hammock, inconvenience for the patient, prolonged stay of the victim in a stationary state, difficulty in sending physiological needs, which involves either displacing or completely removing the hammock), it is used for conservative treatment with a diagnosis (Kaplan " Treatment of bone fractures ").

The device is a belt of elastic multilayer polymer material in the form of a belt with longitudinal short stiffeners located inside. The system for maintaining stiffness is longitudinal. The disadvantage of the above designs is that while limiting the flexion-extensor movements, the possibility of rotational mobility (deformation) is retained, which is good for reposition and reduction of the pelvic volume, but has significant negative aspects during the forced transportation of the victim. With the stated purpose of the use for transportation of the injured devices to improve the performance of the task by the personnel is not indicated.

The objective of the utility model is to eliminate the uneven rotational load on the pelvic frame when shifting the patient.

The problem is achieved in that in a device including an elastic belt and a rigid base, the belt on the back surface contains a textile tunnel for a plate of X-ray transparent material that acts as a rigid base for the back of the pelvis, a fastener and handles for moving the device with the victim.

The device is used as follows.

Upon admission to the hospital, when damage to the pelvis is very likely, but not confirmed, the device is mounted on the pelvic area. To do this, the device is deployed, the elastic surface of the device is facing the victim, the textile tunnel 2 and tire 3 are located outside on the rear surface.

Immediately before use, inside the structure (on the belt), textile pads (diapers) are laid separately for the front and rear surfaces.

In this form, the device is brought under the victim’s pelvic area, covering the symmetrical areas of the upper third of the thigh. The neoprene belt 1 is pulled and fixed on the front surface with a fastener of the “burdock” type 4. In this case, the pelvic region is locally rigidly fixed on the rear transverse tire. Using the handles 5, you can easily move the victim from one surface to another, without having a rough effect on the pelvic frame, to conduct a radiography of the pelvis.

The technical effect lies in the fact that the design of the device allows for radiography, eliminating the uneven rotational load on the pelvic frame.
