The utility model relates to cardboard boxes and is intended for packaging food products, in particular, for packaging containers with food products.

Similar cardboard boxes are known made of one sheet blank with bend lines made in it into sections forming two side walls, two end walls, a front side and a bottom (see, for example, utility model 64603 IPC B65D 71/20, publication date 10.07 .2007; description of utility model 72202 IPC B65D 5/00, publication date 04/10/2008; description of utility model 21388 IPC B65D 5/00, publication date 1/20/2002.

The disadvantages of analogues are expressed in excessive rigidity of the structure, which leads either to the placement of products with backlash, or to difficulty in the implementation of the placement of products from the scatter in the height of the packaged products. This is especially pronounced when placed in boxes of containers with food products.

The disadvantage of the closest analogue is the excessive rigidity of the structure, leading, in particular, to a constant distance between the front side and the bottom. The container is inserted with some effort to exclude its bumps with the products placed in it inside the cardboard box during transportation.

The objective of the claimed utility model is to improve the operational characteristics of the cardboard box, expressed in obtaining the side and end walls with variable stiffness and height.

The technical result is expressed in increasing the convenience of placing containers with products in a box and improving the convenience of removing a container of products from the box before cooking for use. This reduces the effort required for placement and subsequent removal of the container in the box.

The essence of the technical solution is expressed in the fact that the cardboard box is made of one sheet blank with bend lines made in it into sections forming two side walls, two end walls, the front side and the bottom, which differs from the closest analogue in that each side wall is made of two rectangular parts interconnected along the bend line of the side wall and forming a bend outward of the side wall, the first of the end walls is made of two rectangular parts interconnected along the line the bend of the end wall and the bend forming the outward end wall, and the second end wall is made of two rectangular parts, the rectangular part attached to the bottom provided with a tongue and the other rectangular part attached to the lid provided with a slot in which the tongue is placed, the side and end walls are not interconnected and form, together with parts of the bottom and parts of the front side, holes in the corners of the cardboard box.

The cardboard box is made of one sheet blank with bend lines made in it into sections forming two side walls 1, 2, two end walls 3, 4, front side 5 and bottom 6 (Figs. 1, 2, 3, 4). Each side wall 1 or 2 is made of two rectangular parts 7, 8 or 9, 10, interconnected along the inflection line of the side wall 1 or 2 and forming a bend outward of the side wall 1 or 2 relative to the internal volume of the cardboard box. The first of the end walls 3 is made of two rectangular parts 11 and 12, interconnected along the bend line of the end wall 3 and forming an outward bend of the end wall 3 relative to the internal volume of the cardboard box. The second end wall 4 is made of two rectangular parts 13 and 14, with the rectangular part 14 connected to the bottom 6 provided with a tongue 15 and the other rectangular part 13 connected to the front side 5 provided with a slot 16 in which the tongue 15 is placed, this side walls 1, 2 and end walls 3, 4 are not interconnected and together with the edges of the bottom 6 and the edges of the front side 5 form holes in the corners of the cardboard box.

On the front side 5, a rectangular hole 19 with roundings can be made to provide an overview of food products in a container placed in a cardboard box. The side walls 1 and 2 are identical in size and shape. A view of the side 2 from the right side of the cardboard box is not shown in the drawings due to the similarity of sides 1 and 2. The connection of the side walls 1 and 2 to the inside of the bottom 6 is carried out by means of connecting elements 17 and 18, respectively, glued to the inside of the bottom 6.

The implementation of the side walls 1, 2 of the rectangular parts 7, 8 or 9, 10, respectively, and the end wall 3 of the two rectangular parts 11 and 12 allows you to change the deflection of the side walls 1, 2 and the end wall 3 outward to change a certain range of the distance between the inner surfaces of the front side 5 and bottom 6. This is facilitated by the fact that the side walls 1, 2 and the end walls 3, 4 are not directly connected to each other and form openings in the corners of the cardboard box together with parts of the bottom and parts of the front side.

Before placing the food container inside the cardboard box, the distance between the inner surfaces of the front side 5 and the bottom 6 is increased by slightly straightening the side walls 1, 2 and the end wall 3, for example, by pressing the side walls 1 and 2. After placing the food container in boxes the side walls 1, 2 and the end wall 3 are slightly bent outward and the distance between the surfaces of the front side 5 and the bottom 6 becomes determined by the thickness of the food container due to pressing the face Second side 5 and the bottom 6 of the container. The label 15 of the end wall 4 is inserted into the slot 16. The cardboard box is closed.
