Информационно-рекламное устройство, выполненное в виде чехла, предназначенного для надевания на спинку сиденья транспортного средства, отличающееся тем, что чехол имеет фронтальную и тыльную стороны, причем на тыльной стороне его выполнены карманы с прозрачными элементами, предназначенные для размещения рекламно-информационных носителей, а нижняя часть этой же стороны чехла утяжелена посредством металлического стержня, вшитого по всей длине нижней кромки тыльной стороны чехла, а карманы выполнены с возможностью помещения рекламных носителей с входом с внутренней тыльной стороны, причем в верхней части тыльной стороны выполнен карман для размещения информации одного вида, а центральная часть выполнена в виде кармана со входом посередине, закрытый сверху прозрачным элементом и предназначенный для размещения носителей информации соответственно, обе стороны чехла, скроенные одной деталью, соединены между собой посредством полосок из упругого растягиваемого материала, например резинок, закрепленных соответственно на боковых сторонах тыльной и фронтальной сторон чехла снизу, посередине и вверху.
