Na početku ispitivanja, od svih 80 ispitanica, 30 je imalo normalan pH kože intimne regije (4,0-4,4), što predstavlja 37,5% ukupnog broja. Nakon 30 dana svakodnevne upotrebe preparata normalan pH kože intimne regije imalo je 82,5% od svih ispitanica. Ovaj rezultat pokazuje statistički značajnu promenu u postizanju normalnog pH upotrebom preparata. Najizraženiji efekat je postignut kod starijih starosnih grupa gde se zbog gubitka estrogena javlja najveći problem sa optimalnom pH vrednošću. Osećaj bolje hidriranosti kože intimne regije posle 30 dana svakodnevne upotrebe preparata u opisnoj oceni ,,malo“ i ,,znatno“ je utvrđen kod 63 ispitanice, odnosno kod 79% ispitanica, a od toga ,,znatno“ poboljšanje je imalo 33 ispitanice, odnosno 41%. Ovo pokazuje veliku statističku značajnost. Ispitivanje poboljšanja kvaliteta intimnih odnosa posle 30 dana svakodnevne upotrebe preparata pokazalo je da je kod 64 ispitanice došlo do ,,malog“ i ,,znatnog“ poboljšanja kvaliteta intimnih odnosa, što čini 80% ukupnog broja ispitanica, a od toga ,,znatno“ poboljšanje je imalo 26 ispitanica, odnosno 32,5%. I ovaj rezultat ukazuje na veliku statističku značajnost. This shows great statistical significance. The examination of the improvement in the quality of intimate relations after 30 days of daily use of the preparation showed that in 64 subjects there was a "small" and "significant" improvement in the quality of intimate relationships, which accounts for 80% of the total number of respondents, and of those, 26 respondents, or 32.5%, had a "significant" improvement. And this result indicates great statistical significance.

Ispitana je efikasnost nakon primene preparata na zdravu kožu ispitanika-dobrovoljaca. Efficacy was tested after application of the preparation on the healthy skin of test subjects-volunteers.
Sprovedena je dugotrajna studija ispitivanja efikasnosti preparata na zdravu kožu (4 nedelje aplikacije). A long-term study of the effectiveness of the preparation on healthy skin was conducted (4 weeks of application).

In vivo ispitivanje efikasnosti uzoraka vršeno je u dugotrajnoj, duplo slepoj studiji merenjem biofizičkih parametara kože ispitanika (EC-kao mera vlažnosti kože, TEGV-transepidermalni gubitak vode kao mera barijernih svojstava kože, sadržaj površinskih lipida, El-eritema indeks i MI-melanin indeks). Protokol ispitivanja Test protocol
U studiji su učestvovali zdravi ispitanici. Ispitivanje je sprovedeno u toku avgusta i septembra meseca 2018. Ispitanicima je predočeno da u toku trajanja, kao ni jednu sedmicu pre početka studije, ne koriste bilo kakva sredstva za negu kože u ispitivanom predelu (koža unutrašnje strane podlaktice). Aplikovan je ispitivani preparat kao i preparat koji sadrži pojedinačne aktivne principe u koncentraciji u kojoj su prisutni u ispitivanom proizvodu. Healthy subjects participated in the study. The subjects were instructed not to use any skin care products in the examined area (the skin of the inner forearm) during the study period, as well as for one week before the start of the study. The tested preparation was applied as well as the preparation containing individual active principles in the concentration in which they are present in the tested product.

U skladu sa dobijenim rezultatima, zaključujemo da ispitivani preparat statistički značajno povećava vlažnost kože nakon 7 dana primene (u odnosu na bazalnu vrednost) i nivo hidratacije održava se na statistički značajnom nivou sve vreme ispitivanja (4 nedelje primene). Sve vreme ispitivanja preparat ima statistički značajan uticaj na TEGV u smislu njegovog smanjenja u odnosu na bazalnu vrednost, što ukazuje na pozitivan uticaj na barijerna svojstva kože. Sadržaj površinskih lipida se povećava na koži tretiranoj ispitivanim preparatom od 7. dana aplikacije, tokom celokupnog perioda primene, što ukazuje na stvaranje tankog fosfolipidnog filma na površini kože kao posledice aplikacije lipozoma na kožu. Povećanje MI i EI ukazuje na antiiritantni uticaj ispitivanog preparata. Svi mereni parametri bili su statistički značajno bolji kod ispitivanog preparata u odnosu na preparate koji sadrže pojedinačne aktivne principe, značajno bolji i od prostog zbira efekata pojedinačnih preparata što ukazuje na sinergistički efekat odabranih aktivnih principa. In accordance with the obtained results, we conclude that the tested preparation statistically significantly increases the moisture of the skin after 7 days of application (compared to the basal value) and the level of hydration is maintained at a statistically significant level throughout the test (4 weeks of application). Throughout the test, the preparation has a statistically significant effect on TEGV in terms of its reduction compared to the basal value, which indicates a positive effect on the barrier properties of the skin. The content of surface lipids increases on the skin treated with the tested preparation from the 7th day of application, during the entire application period, which indicates the formation of a thin phospholipid film on the skin surface as a result of liposome application to the skin. The increase in MI and EI indicates the anti-irritant effect of the tested preparation. All measured parameters were statistically significantly better with the tested preparation compared to preparations containing individual active principles, significantly better than the simple sum of the effects of individual preparations, which indicates a synergistic effect of the selected active principles.
