Abstract

Samosloživa nepropusna kutija za hranu i alat za njeno formiranje, obuhvataju kutiju (1) sa alatom (11) za njeno formiranje. Kutija (1) je izvedena od kartona ili kartona .presvučenog sa unutrašnje strane polietilenskim filmom na bazi aluminijum metalizacije. Kutija (1) poseduje dno (3) i četiri bočne stranice (2). The prepared cardboard, coated with or without a layer, is pressed and cut in a machine equipped with a tool with knives (not shown). In the tool there are knives for cutting along the contours and making slits 4 of the shaped opening A (si. 5) of the box 1 and internal knives that partially enter the cardboard so that the planned lines 3.1, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2, 7.2 of bending are performed on the cardboard. The shaped assembly B (si. 6) for tubs 9 is prepared on a similar tool with knives so that the contour is cut and the bending lines 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 9.8 are drawn.

Kutija 1 (si. 1 i si. 2) se formira u alatu 1 1 (si. 10 i si. 11). Na presavijenim stranicama 5 je na vrhu oformljen presavijeni jezičak 5 sa prorezom 4 a na presavijenim stranicama 6 je oformljen presavijeni jezičak 6.3. Presavijene ugaone stranice 5, 6 se zakreću u smerovima 5.4, 6.4, (si. 12) spajaju i međusobno zabravljuju tako što se presavijeni jezičak 6.3 provlači kroz prorez 4 na presavijenom jezičku 5.3. Tako zabravljene, priljubljena jedna uz drugu, presavijene stranice 5, 6 se osiguravaju presavijanjem preklopca 7 oko linije savijanja 7.1 preko njih. Ovim je dobijen prostor 8 koji je ograničen jednom bočnom stranom 2 i presavijenim ugaonim stranicama 5, 6 u koji se smeštaju, uz dve naspramne stranice 2 , kadice 9.
